I ordered the Sweeza Super Quesadilla with vegan chorizo as my protein choice. Wow oh wow it was so good. There were so many flavors packed into each bite. On paper, it sounds like it would be overload, but in execution, all of them worked so well together. The vegan chorizo was so delicious (plant-based chorizo can be a toss-up). The avocado slices were perfectly ripened. The chihuahua cheese was plentiful. And the salsa fresca and crema rounded out each bite with a cool, refreshing finishing touch. The large tortilla was grilled to the perfect crisp. The side of salsa verde was good, but the quesadilla was so good that it really didn't need it. Overall, it was one of the best Tex Mex taco/burrito/quesadilla that I've had in Nashville in a long time. I can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu. One note if you're reading this in the winter: The Wash does not have indoor seating. The outdoor patio is heated, but the seating area is not enclosed and the heaters were not heating the area that well. Just something to consider if you're cold-natured like me. Bundle up!

Used to come here almost weekly but stuff really has gone downhill. Long wait time like seriously 30 minute wait for a burrito or even a quesadilla it's ridiculous. Food has also been cold past couple times. Definitely worst spot at the wash these days

Um, WOW! Talk about a hidden gem! Sweeza is serving up authentic, Cali-inspired Mexican food. This is going to be our new go-to, for sure. We'd been to the Wash before to pick up Eastside Pho, and made a mental note to add this spot to our list. I can't believe we waited so long! I placed an order online on a Saturday afternoon, and it was ready for pick-up in less than 30 minutes. You can also opt to eat on the patio at the Wash, or at Bay 6. I wanted to try as much as possible - so we ordered a few different things to share. The Rolled Tacos filled with shredded pork were my absolute favorite: crispy on the outside, meaty on the inside, and topped with fresh salsa and lettuce. Both sauces served on the side (red and green) were incredible for dipping. My husband's favorite was the Don Juan Special, which is a double steak quesadilla filled with French fries and fried jalapeños. It's also served with a side of Mexican rice and beans. We also had a few bites of the Adobo Chicken burrito, which was delicious! Packed full of flavorful mix-ins and saucy chicken. The value is spot on as well - you get a lot of food for the price. Sweeza is certainly dishing up "super" quesadillas, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, Cali-Mex feast!

Delicious food! Very large portions at a great price point. The ingredients are fresh and tortillas taste homemade. The guy at the window taking orders was really nice. Service was quick and ordering was a breeze. You can go up to the window or pick a table and scan the QR code to have your food brought to you. The seating area is nice with metal chairs and tables. String lights and sunshades are over every table.

After leaving San Francisco 15 years ago, there has been a giant hole in my food loving heart, until now. Sweeza to the rescue! I desperately missed cheesy, moist, delicious carnitas quesadillas. They brought me so much joy! You may be asking, can you make it at home, and the answer is no. You need all of the fresh ingredients. You need the right cheese to meat ratio. You need the right crunch on the tortilla. My better half had the burrito and he said it hit the spot. Again, it's about the right ingredients, compiled well, and rolled tight. I'm so glad I finally made it to Sweeza and I'm so happy to be able to add them to the rotation!

Had the quesadilla delivered tonight. It was great. Great flavor, super cheesy, just the perfect balance. Their chips were fresh and so good too. Definitely will be back. This is going to replace my chipotle orders which have been disappointing for awhile. Loved the freshness, quality, and that it's local.
