We recently hosted our parents' 50th anniversary party at The Bedford, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. One thing we cared quite a bit about was having a unique venue that would allow us to decorate it with a personal touch, and The Bedford offered just that. We enjoyed being able to use both the downstairs area and the balcony for some great pictures. Though we didn't get to ultimately use the outdoor area (too hot that evening), the seating and the fairy lights provided a great look. None of our vendors had any issues with the space, it was super easy to load in and out. We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, Jillian, who was super responsive throughout and had great suggestions around every detail of our event. She helped make the process of planning this event from out of town as seamless as possible. We'd definitely recommend The Bedford for all types of events.

This place was pretty nice. But there were some odd things. For one, it was FREEZING. Like everyone was complaining about how cold it was. We chose to sit outside most of the evening because it was so cold which was a bit of a bummer but it was a gorgeous evening so that was fine. The music was also piped out doors so you still got to enjoy it. But to go in to use the restroom... Miserably cold! Now I understand that I was wearing a sun dress but so was everyone else. There was also this mammoth guy at the entrance with a gun that scared the hell out of me. He was as big as the door. Were they expecting trouble? Weird! The food was ok. Nothing special to be honest. There was an upstairs that was pretty empty (but it was at least warmer up there). This spot is 15 min from downtown Nashville. If you're going to Uber/lyft anywhere please be aware that the cost is highly inflated. We paid $35+ tip on the way there. On the way back at 11:00 at night... $105 + tip!! It was a 15 min drive!! I nearly fell over. I suggest sticking to the downtown area if you can!!

terrible venue. we arrived for one of their events at 9:45 when doors closed at 10:15. We were told we couldn't enter because it was "too late" when there was a sign on the door that quite literally said otherwise (they proceeded to take the sign off after we left). we were then told they were at "max capacity" when over 50 people left during the time of this conversation. Wasted 60 dollars on an Uber just to be denied. if you are looking for a venue, this is not the one.

On April 22, I had my wedding here. It was simply the best event venue in Nashville. I truly love everything about this place. We talked with Lauryn from start to finish. She was so great to us. If you are planning a event & want it to be stress free, This is the place for YOU !

BEWARE: we booked our wedding, paid the deposit, and signed the contract in February 2022. In August 2022, we received a call out of the blue from the director of sales that the owner had decided that effective May 1, 2023 they would no longer be hosting weddings. Instead of upholding the terms of the contract, they canceled our wedding, sent our deposit back, and left us scrambling to find another venue after we had booked most of our other vendors! Do NOT trust them and their shady business practices!

I love this place! I've been to events at the Bedford and the space is SO unique. Beautiful decor surrounds the entire place and it offers multiple areas in which to host grand or small-scale events. Plus, the owners/employees are AMAZING and will cater to all of your needs! Hoping my friends and family will host their events here in the near future...I certainly will if given the opportunity!

What an amazing venue! So moody and sultry. If you are trying to set the mood for your event this is the spot! With an amazing staff, a room that speaks for itself and versatility this venue will fit everyone wants needs and desires. They have indoor and outdoor seating options making it where they can accommodate for intimate settings or a larger gathering! You get the best of both worlds here.

It was great and a dream come true until it turned to a nightmare! I was promised the venue for my wedding reception, and they re-booked it out from under us. Then they had the audacity to see if we would do it the week later even though we were promised the venue first. My fiance wants us to get married on his birthday, so NOOO we aren't pushing it back for $1000 off. Some things are more important than money! Beware of Pam and Meg!! Meg will tell you what you want to hear, and the venue won't stand behind it. Pam will just do whatever she wants if she feels sorry for you...work with her if you have a sob story, she will clear the date!

Pam and The Bedford truly host a wonderful event! Pam was so accommodating to us as we looked to plan our event there. The Bedford is a beautiful location- I love the exposed brick and chandeliers (bonus: they also have ample parking!)- and all of the staff members were exceptionally helpful when it came to vendor recommendations and support the day of. They just made everything so easy for us! I have also attended another wedding here as well as the "Barrels at the Bedford" charity event. Each time I have been so impressed by the quality and attention to detail. I would definitely book here again!
