Our wedding was amazing! Maggie and Priscilla with Infinity Hospitality Group were amazing! They planned everything start to finish exactly how I wanted and it was (almost) FLAWLESS! This review would absolutely have been 5/5 stars had they not recommended the Flower Fairy for florals. The Flower Fairy was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. I should have done the research on my own instead of taking the planners word on it after seeing one example of her work and that is on me, but I would have never expected the outcome to be what it was. I specifically asked that the only flowers at the wedding be sunflowers. I gave her all the freedom on greenery, but as far as flowers... ONLY SUNFLOWERS. Seems like a reasonable request since it was my wedding, but I guess not. She used strawflowers for the boutonnières and the cake. I am pretty chill. This is something that could have been addressed at a later time and we could have came to a solution. Instead... she approached me at my wedding and tried to defend her decision making process. I was SHOCKED! She said that she chose to do strawflowers for the boutonnières because she felt like sunflowers would be too heavy. I explained that we had bought special pocket inserts for that exact reason. It was just so unprofessional for her to approach me during my wedding. I never got an explanation as to why there wasn't even one sunflower on the cake. The only thing that was ever done to make any attempt to make the situation right was a $300 refund (which is a joke considering the amount of money we spent on florals), but there will never be anyway to go back and fix it. My wedding pictures will always look like the groomsmen were wearing cheap weeds on their suits and the cake... oh the cake. It was just so bad. If she had any type of professional place this review would be there, but she doesn't and I wouldn't anyone to have the experience that I did.

This is a perfect venue in downtown Nashville. It is a beautiful converted church right across from the Omni. I came for a friends wedding in January. When we arrived for the cocktail hour, there was a coat check at the bottom of the stairs. Then the set of stairs led up to the main ballroom. During cocktail hour, the staff was delightful bringing around the hors d'oeuvres and the bartenders were super friendly. Some of my favorite hors d'oeuvres included the candied bacon and shrimp and grits. I enjoyed the pear salad we started with. It had blue cheese and a sweet yogurt dressing. The entree was prime rib with sides of mashed potato and green beans. The prime rib and mashed potato were pretty good. The green beans were okay. Overall, the food was solid for a catered dinner. The main ballroom fits about 14 round tables of 10 with a dance floor. The bathrooms are located underneath the stairs that go up into the balcony. The balcony is big enough to fit about 10 more round tables of 10 and it has a beautiful view of the downstairs. There is also a patio on the main floor. During the winter wedding I attended, the patio was heated and provided a nice space for more room to hang out. The space at this venue is incredible and fits a large amount of people.

I was here for a wedding over the summer and thank goodness their AC works because it was HOT and HUMID! The wedding was beautiful and they also had the reception there, it is a great space!

We got married in mid-March and worked with Emily O. with Infinity Hospitality. We LOVED our venue! We had about 125 guests which was more than enough room for us to speak to each guest but also party through the dance floor. Nestled in the heart of downtown Nashville, this once-upon-a-time-church was everything we could have asked for. Me and my bridesmaids (and bro-maids, yes I had guys) took up both areas to get ready, while the groom got ready off-site. It's a small area for more than 10 people. We did our ceremony here, too, so we were given complimentary food while we got ready. It was great!! Emily and her team worked well with my vendors. During cocktail hour, they aside dinner for me and my husband so we wouldn't feel awkward during the reception. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for something that yells "Nashville" without the grassy farmland.

Infinity Hospitality made our July wedding an absolute dream! The Bell tower venue was the perfect place for us from the very beginning. The staff works with you to meticulously customize your wedding day and make sure you and your fiancé truly have the best day of your lives! Our coordinators Emily and Kasey worked with us every step of the way to accommodate all of our requests big or small. They constantly kept us in the loop and made sure we were comfortable with pricing, ascetics, and all vendors they had recommended to us. My husband and I feel so incredibly blessed to know that if we could do it again we would do it exactly the same way. Thank you infinity hospitality for the incredible memories that we will cherish forever!

I'm all about unconventional venues that offer something a bit different. Don't get me wrong: raw spaces, industrial lofts, warehouses, and the like will always be fun places at which to throw a shin dig, but taking an old church and giving it new life is fun... if not potentially sacrilegious. So it came to pass that I was able to attend an event here. Truth be told, I was more excited about the venue than the event. I'd read that the building has significance in the African-American community, as it was built by freed slaves in the post-Civil War era. That said, I was one of a handful of black folks at said event. I'd love to know if local African-American business leaders/event planners/coordinators have a hand in the operation of The Bell Tower. I think it's an important disclosure given the building's history. But whomever was involved in rehabbing the space, they did a very nice job. You're not, likely, to forget that it was a church but that's part of the charm. The soaring ceiling and exposed beams gives some warmth to a space that by, virtue of its size and design, could be cold. The main room is the star attraction but the L-shaped space to the right of the staircase offers a nice nook in which to take a respite from the action and observe your surroundings. Or, you can achieve something similar by heading upstairs and enjoying an eagle eye view of the space. I didn't get a chance to go outside but, as a rule, I tend to like urban spaces that incorporate indoor and outdoor form/function. As Nashville grows, event space that utilizes older buildings will become a must. Additionally, event space outside the usual suspects will be even more of a community need. The Bell Tower meets a need and gives event goers and producers an option with the potential to wow. I only hope to see more of a current connection to its storied past both in front of and behind the scenes.

What a great event venue. It's a revitalized church that can be rented out for events, weddings etc. The company I work for rented the space for a dinner and had songwriters come In for entertainment and it was amazing. Bar set up with somewhat limited options. There is an upstairs area as well. It's conveniently located downtown near the Omni Hotel.

My husband and I could not have been happier with our decision to get married at The Bell Tower. Even though we made choices during the wedding planning process, a lot of faith is still required in hopes that your day will turn out exactly how you pictured. With smiles on our faces, we can say that our day was everything we could've ever wanted, and more! The space is beautiful on its own, but the team at The Bell Tower made their venue truly magical for both our ceremony and reception. The decorations, cocktail hour, dinner set-up & food and the unique whiskey tasting room were all jaw-dropping!The proximity to downtown is also hard to beat! We could not have had a more perfect day!

We attended the February "3st of the Month" event at The Bell Tower. This was my first time in the event space, & I was impressed. As you can tell from the outside, The Bell Tower is a remodeled church. When you enter the building, you come upon a set of large, wooden steps. These steps lead up to the main event space. A large, open room, with windows along the wall that look out onto Korean Veterans Boulevard. On the opposite side of the windows is a set of steps that lead up to a loft that overlooks the main event space. The ceiling has open rafters and buttresses. It's impressive how they were able to remodel a church but still keep the history & architecture. The bathrooms are located under the steps to the loft. The lighting for the event was a nice range of blues & purples. The lighting gave the place a really cool & hip vibe. Music was pipped throughout the event. The Bell Tower catered the small buffet that featured tons of different breads & rolls, along with a variety of cheese & meats. As always, I enjoyed the "3st of the Month" event. The people who attend are always a friendly group & we always have a great time. We were able to park across the street in one of the many parking lots that are in front of the building. The parking that night was $5 & had an attendant that was working the lot. Overall, I really loved the whole look & feel inside the building. I loved the wood floors & exposed rafters. I loved the large, church windows that looked out over the busy street. The view outside the front of the building is kind of blah because of the many parking lots, but you don't see it from the inside so it's not really a big deal.
