I ~finally~ got to go see a show at The Pinnacle, and I am amazed at how beautiful this new venue is! Everything is well-manicured and clean ... it even smells new. We had tickets to see Of Monsters and Men on an extremely chilly night, and I was grateful to get into the venue with a minimal wait. Security was fast and friendly, and there were several venue staffers at the entrance scanning tickets. I wasn't clear on the bag policy, so I brought a small belt bag and thankfully had zero issues!2 One thing I really loved about The Pinnacle was the modern art! Every detail seems intentional, and there are a few fun photo moments throughout the entry space. If it's your first time, it's worth getting there a little early to explore! Merch has a dedicated area, and there are several bars throughout both floors (I counted five, but there could've been even more). My husband said The Pinnacle reminds him of Brooklyn Bowl, just bigger and cleaner, and that feels like an accurate description. There are huge bars on either side of the floor so you can stay hydrated throughout the set ... although drink prices are as gouged as any other Nashville venue ($6 for a bottle of water, $16+ for a beer). Tickets are mainly GA, and I can see the floor getting really crowded during a popular show. Thankfully, we had plenty of space to spread out this time around. I would definitely see a show here again, and am glad we have a gorgeous new venue in town to attract even more amazing artists!

Just watched our first show here -- Maren Morris! Overall we liked this venue. Easy to walk to from Broadway, lots of bartenders, easy to see the performer from all angles, sound seemed good (could have been louder). We liked the proximity to dinner spots and also an ice cream spot to grab a treat after a show. Looks like this neighborhood is still expanding a bit.

First time at this venue and it was great! Clean. Not a bad seat in the house. Unfortunately, the only complaint is there was not an exit on both sides in the seating rows, so people were legit trapped on the inside. Very inconvenient and thank goodness no emergency as it would have created a terrible situation if people really needed it exit quickly. Separate from that - only good things to say! Hope to be back if they fix that one seating issue for safety reasons...

This venue has some major issues to fix. There is absolutely no consistency in their bag policy. I've been to this venue twice (same bag each time), and the first time it was allowed in (I'd planned time to go to to the car if it wasn't because they have mixed messaging on their website about bag sizing and backpacks). This time I didn't leave buffer room because it was allowed in before, so I was forced to throw away my clear, appropriately sized bag at the door because the straps of a backpack style bag are not allowed. However, I later saw several people inside with the exact same style of bag allowed in. The bigger problem is their complete disregard for ADA accessibility. Security interrogated my friends about why they needed accommodations and even asked "for what," which is not only inappropriate but flat-out illegal. Instead of providing accessible seating, they pushed us further back once they realized two out of three people in our group required accommodations. Their solution was a makeshift section where the view wasn't great unless standing. The front desk staff didn't even know where ADA seating was. We were told there was seating on both floors, and when we went on the first floor to find the seating we were then sent upstairs. This venue desperately needs training on both accessibility laws, and its own rules. The interior of the venue itself is really neat and clean, so I'd describe this venue as flashy but trashy.

Super modern and clean venue, if you're seeing a show here you're in for a treat! There are really no bad spots in the house, the room is well designed to have great views of the stage from everywhere. The biggest con for me is the pricing- drinks are outrageously priced, so I'd advise getting your drinking done before the show.

The newest [indoor] music venue in downtown Nashville is increasingly becoming my Favorite. Easily accessible location just far enough away from the chaos of the neon lit Broadway. Yet close enough to other downtown hotspots. Acoustics are on point throughout the venue. Most concerts offer ample GA options downstairs and upstairs. Pay quite a bit more for an actual seat. Plenty of bars and friendly staff throughout the venue.

This was the coolest and cleanest music venue that I've ever been to! Located in the Nashville Yards, the Pinnacle is Nashville's newest indoor music venue. It was like a labyrinth to get to the stage area, and the inside was huge! The bathrooms were adorable and very clean. There are some areas to sit in the back and on the balcony too. I will happily make the trek from Birmingham to Nashville simply to see a concert here again.

I'm a bit torn on where to rank The Pinnacle as an overall venue--it's brand new so I've only seen 1 show (3 artists) there so far, but I have tickets for events over the next few months so I may revisit my review and reassess it given additional context. It's at minimum a solid "3" as it is a good venue overall, and I predict bumping up the rating to a 4 by year's end. I caught the Dinosaur Jr + Snail Mail + Easy Action show on 7/24/25. What this place has going for it is that it's new--clean, well staffed, good sound. For my show the entire GA section was first come first served standing room only which is what I expected. Some seats up on the balcony, but most folks were here to watch this one on their feet. Plenty of bathrooms, all were clean. The area for artist merch is a bit cramped and I can imagine that line can get congested, but it wasn't bad this night. There are numerous bars in the Pinnacle--I never saw a significant line at any of them likely because the beers (15 oz pours or cans) were $18+ after tax (LOL) and single shot mixed drinks were...$22. Yep. I mean, one can say this is just where venues are at now but the Pinnacle is at the absolute highest end of that range even for Nashville though Brooklyn Bowl and the Cannery are hot on their tail since eliminating all drink specials in their venues. Staff were friendly, the floor (new, new) surprisingly unsticky. The range of artists set to play the Pinnacle in upcoming months is impressive--variety in genre, popularity, etc. Paul freaking McCartney is playing here soon (!). For a venue of this size where you can get right up close and personal, that is quite amazing...but those tickets are now well over $1,000 so there's that (my show was $35 FWIW). I had a friend drop me off and it was easy in, easy out, easy for pick up. I'll be driving for my next show here, and there are plenty of garages around though given the neighborhood none are likely economical. All in all, another solid music venue for Nashville. What holds me back from a higher rating until a later revisit is simply that it's new and lacks the character of some of our best venues in town, it's too pricey for its own good in terms of drinks and snacks, and it's not the easiest venue in town to park near if you're driving. But the important things are down pat--good sound, plenty of standing room, friendly staff, clean (and plentiful) restrooms.

I went to the sold out Illenium show and it was incredible! The Pinnacle is Nashville's newest live music venue that opened on Feb 27 with Kacey Musgraves! The venue fits 4,500 people and is state-of-the-art that has a vastly diverse offering of genres on the calendar. The box office is on the left side of the building. We had a great customer service experience upon arriving. There is a quick pass upgrade you can purchase to your event tickets to bypass the main entry line. When we arrived, there wasn't a line so we were able to walk through the main entry line with ease. Once inside, you can purchase artist merchandise on the right. To the left is guest services. You walk up one flight of stairs and can try to take pictures of "The Pinnacle" sign but people are congregating around there so you have to grab a pic quickly. There's bars on each floor and the rooftop was excellent! You can access it by elevator or stairs. No one was up there when we went. It will be a great spot once the weather warms up. They have a screen where you can watch the current act on stage. There was an attendant in the elevator that was very kind. We had seats in the Balcony Right, Row AA. We had another attendant help explain the seating and take us to our row. They were amazing seats and the seat itself was very comfortable with a great cushion! We had a wonderful view of the stage and my friend commented how he thought there wasn't a bad seat in the house. We loved being able to stand and sit during the show. Since we were the front row in this section, we could put our drink on a ledge that fits a drink perfectly. It's much nicer than cup holders so I applaud whoever thought of this for the front row. I am not sure about the rows behind us and if they had cup holders or not. There is GA pit where it's FCFS so I imagine if you want to be front row, you need to arrive when doors open. Concessions are on par with other music venues. You can get a Modelo for $15 or Little Chicken for $9. They also had a frozen margarita but it was too cold for me to try it this time around. They have a large lawn area where people can hang out pre and post show. I can't wait to go back for another show. I really loved some of the artwork that they have put up inside the venue as well.
