Won't be staying here again. First off, on the first night we arrived, we found a cockroach. So we complained to the front desk, clerk at front desk said, "it's normal, they are everywhere" NO THEY ARE NOT!! it was really late, so we didn't have the option to find a new hotel, so they put us up on a higher floor. Secondly, they are having construction right next door, so you can only imagine the lack of sleep we got because of the loud noise every morning. When I spoke with Reid the "Supervisor of operations" he said they have signs in the lobby that state the construction is going on...I told him, "so you have sign in the lobby, but you are omitting telling far aways guests, in advance, that they will be arriving to a loud hotel? He stook quiet, he kept saying they have signs in the lobby about construction. So basically, they let you fly across the globe to their hotel to only have a couple of signs that state this(that's even IF you get to see them). But they don't want to tell their guests that they are having loud construction in advance...when I complained about this Reid didn't seem to care....Right, because you just want our money. This hotel is NOT cheap, and to arrive to cock roaches and loud construction is a BIG inconvenience. Rest assure I will not be coming back here.

This hotel is located a mile away from the main night life scene (Broadway Road), but it is close to the music hall of fame, football arena, and Ryan's Opera. The rooms are structured well. They have a kitchen stocked with pans, plates, and large refrigerator. The beds that I slept in were average, but room cleaning was done everyday and the staff did a great job on the cleaning. They do serve a complimentary breakfast and it's well stocked and everything was fresh. On the 7th floor they have a bar and restaurant called Top Note. It's a nice place to hang out with live musicians on Tuesday and Thursday's. Their signature drink is Jack Daniel's aged in an oak barrel for 25 years. I tried eating a few things off their food menu and all things were average nothing to rave about. They had a guest singer one night called Shelby Dressel, and that was the highlight of my stay. That girl can sing! She is part of a duo called the Dairy Daughters. I stayed all three hours to hear her sing and her voice was amazing. Look her up on Spotify, Amazon Music, etc. and you won't be disappointed. She was so nice and personable.

The girls at the front went above and beyond and made sure safety came first when giving room keys ! Jessica was one of the girls names and she was beyond helpful all night. People like her make me keep coming back!

This hotel is on another level, don't be fooled by the TownePlace Suites distiction. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff here has made my vacation memorable. The restaurant on the 7th floor has a great atmosphere, and a spacious patio overlooking the city. J.C. the bartender makes great drinks, and all of the staff here has treated me incredibly well. If you're on vacation or even a local, I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a nice hotel room, and pretty on par for Marriott that my buddy Ross today that while we were down town waiting for summerslam. We had a good visit in a convenient location to walk everything.

Towneplace suites Nashville/capitol is a downtown Marriott hotel in the city of Nashville Tennessee. As the name suggests this hotel is located right beside the state Capitol but is in very easy walking distance of the extremely popular Broadway area where all the honky tonks and bars are located. My buddy and I were in town for an event at the titans football stadium and it was an easy 10 min walk from here to there. Close enough to the action to walk to but far enough away to have peace and quiet and avoid the riff raff. So very well located for our liking. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable like most Marriotts and the staff here was very kind and accommodating. They do have valet parking only for a fee like most places in downtown Nashville. The outdoor patio and complimentary breakfast buffets was highlights for us as well. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay for us that worked perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting Nashville for a day or two.

Front Desk staff is rude and unhelpful in the extreme. I was not able to make it to my booking as I had a car accident before, and just wanted to notify the hotel and ask about potentially refunding the booking. At the first mention of the word "cancel", the front desk got extremely short with me and before I could even explain, berated me for not giving 3 days notice and hung up. I didn't anticipate wrecking?!

Very comfortable hotel - clean, well-appointed rooms in a great location to downtown Nashville! The hostess and front desk staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They serve a classic breakfast spread, have a 10/10 coffee shop in the lobby, and have free wifi & printing in their business center. Will absolutely return for my next trip to Nashville, whether I am visiting for work or play!

Lanecia at the front desk was SUPER helpful and such a pleasant greeting to this wonderful hotel. Definitely will book again next time I'm in town!!!

My husband and I stayed here while in Nashville. The location is within walking distance of multiple things including the Farmer's Market, Broadway, Printer's Alley, etc. We had an upgrade so we had the suite which was two rooms. We had plenty of space for the living area, bedroom, bathrooms, and kitchen. The staff was also super sweet since it was my birthday. My husband let them know and they gave me a nice little goodie bag and a small cake. We didn't eat breakfast downstairs but we did cook in our room. I prefer my own kitchen which is helpful to meet my dietary needs. My only complaint is the amount for parking per night and it is valet. I can and prefer to park my car so I don't have to keep tipping someone every time I need my car.
