Loved this hotel. 10 min walk to all the bars in Midtown. Parking was so easy, and you don't have to check in before you park in the garage, so no overwhelming rush. Front desk staff was very friendly, gave us free water and snacks. The elevators are easy to access, clean, and not busy. We always had the elevator to ourselves. Hotel is SPOTLESS, rooms were extremely clean and the floors were shining. Very quiet outside as never heard anyone next door to us. Has pool on 2nd floor, easy access to towels and towel bin, and hot tub!!! Free breakfast from 6-9:30 am, large variety of breakfast items. I liked that this hotel wasn't very busy. Lobby area has pool table, and lots of board games with couches and many chairs. Keep in mind, all Tru's have a hanging space with hangers but no drawers, no closet, and no microwave. Everything about this hotel is clean, new, and modern.

This past weekend I stayed at Tru by Hilton . Whenever I can stay at a Hilton hotel I try to do. This hotel did not disappoint . To begin it is three blocks away from the famous Broadway street and downtown . We were able to walk down there everyday because the hotel was so close. We arrived earlier than check in time and we were able to get checked in right away . The only thing I didn't like was that the room didn't have safe . This hotel has breakfast in the mornings . They have a good variety of breakfast items . In the main lobby they have a huge game area that has pool , connect four and a lot of board games which is nice for people who don't want to be in their room all day . The hotel also had beverages and snacks for sale by the front lobby which was very convenient for a late night snack. I enjoyed my stay and whenever I come to Nashville this is where I will stay . Clean hotel. Breakfast was not your typical free breakfast, there were more options than I've ever seen in any free breakfast! Just a short 5 min walk to Broadway, super easy ride from the airport. I would definitely stay here again! They even have free bottled water!

Check in was pretty easy and room was clean and ready for early check in (about 2PM). They have a self park garage for parking ($39). The hotel is clean and the room was nice as well. Easy walk to Broadway and food/bars everywhere. It includes free breakfast which had much more than I'm used to for hotels and it was pretty decent. The staff were really nice! I don't think this spot is at all worth about $300 a night though.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! It was most likely the cleanest hotel we have stayed at thus far. The level of security getting from parking garage to guest floors was wonderful after reading some scary reviews at other hotels that were in the same price range or less. That was our main reasoning for choosing this hotel and I am so glad we did. We could walk to literally everything downtown, a wonderful hot dog cart across the street at night, the best breakfast selection I have seen. I don't think I have a negative thing to say about our experience. Also, they have friendly and helpful staff.

Good location. Not as pricey as some other hotels in the area. Decent breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Pool tables in the lobby are a fun touch. What makes this hotel stand out is the super friendly and helpful staff. The parking garage is a bit challenging if you have a large vehicle.

Used Travelocity to book my reservation had to cancel due to illness this hotel says they never got the cancellation tried charging my card three different amounts to try to get money. I called them and they're just like oh well, sir I would not recommend this hotel at all. Management is horrible.

Came into town for some business meetings. Wanted to change my room to a double queen from a king because my son decided to make the trip with me. Sasha at the front desk took the time to get the room changed for me last minute. She even qwnt to find the manager to make it happen when she could have just told me... sorry, nothing we can do. The room is clean and modern as well! Thanks Tru and thank you Sasha!

OMG... this hotel is AMAZING!!! The manager, Bobby went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We were traveling with a one-ton truck hauling a 20ft gooseneck trailer. Bobby walked the perimeter of the property with my husband to assist us with finding a secure place to park. He even gave us bottle water!!! We ended up parking in the parking garage. Bobby and two other employees worked alongside my husband as he parked. They were all hands on deck helping to lower and lift the ramps on our trailer along with guiding my husband as he backed the trailer into the parking garage. All of the staff and guests were super friendly and the hotel is geared toward family and safety. Our room was immaculately clean and the TV greeted us by name as we entered our room. We highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice but hated our room, 223. We thought we would have a nice view of the pool, which I guess isn't totally wrong... our window was probably 10 feet away from the actual pool and where people lay out (the pool is on the second floor). Therefore, it had a privacy board in front of the window but you could still see through it so we kept the blinds shut the entire stay. Hotel was sold out and couldn't switch. It was nice to have a fridge in room but it froze literally everything we put in there + no microwave to unfreeze it. Walls were very thin and could hear every person who walked past and even the conversation of the neighboring room if you stood in our bathroom. No late check outs available but they hold luggage free of charge.
