Vui's has been on my Nashville restaurant bucket list for years and I was so excited to finally be able to try it. After much deliberation (there were so many enticing items on the menu!), I ordered the Vui's Bowl with noodles and tofu. The dish was spectacular -- each bite was packed with flavor, thanks to the mildly spicy chile lime dressing. It paired well with the pickled daikon, fresh mint and cilantro. The crushed peanuts and fried shallots added a slight crunch to each bite. The green leaf spring mix was fresh, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The serving size was just right for lunch. Overall, it was delicious. The outdoor seating area is perfect when the weather is nice, but there is a decent amount of seating indoors as well. I can't wait to come back to explore more of the menu.

Charming staff with efficient service. I ducked in here after miscalculating and arriving too early for a class nearby. I simply ordered a Thai tea, and the staff brought it out to me in minutes despite being busy with online orders and drivers. On weekday evenings after work, it's not too busy, and they have plenty of parking on nearby gravel lots. I didn't realize that Vui's had also started a juice cafe next door! It looked adorable. This location has plenty of cafe seating inside and porch/picnic table seating outside. Highly recommend for a quick bite or drink when you're in the area. We're a fan of their pho as well, but I'll save that review for when I'm sitting in front of a piping hot bowl myself.

Indoor seating is limited, but the outdoor patio is adorable--think string lights, casual vibe, perfect for a low-key lunch or dinner when the weather's nice. My husband and I love coming here when we want something chill and healthy-ish that doesn't feel like a salad or smoothie spot. Service has always been friendly and efficient, and the food comes out quickly. It's a neighborhood gem that hits the spot every time.

I am too spoiled by west coast pho to like this pho. This was not it. It had no depth of flavor and the beef was like...chopped? Instead of slices of ribeye etc. like I'm used to. The limeade & cold brew were good though and so was the spicy slaw I got on the side. Absolutely would never order pho here again though. Also, order took a long time to come out. Wouldn't return.

Great place! It is an order at the counter place and they had seating both inside and outside. We ordered and grabbed a seat at one of the picnic tables outside and enjoyed the great May afternoon. I got the Beef Pho, and I am embarrassed to say this was my first Pho...how is that possible? Always wanted to try it, but jest never got to it. I think I started off right because this was great. The tender beet, the flavorful broth, the veggies and rice noodles were a fantastic combination. We also got the Spring Rolls which were equally as good. Place has a great casual vibe and the setting, although a busy area, didn't disappoint.

Possibly the worst pho I've ever had. Lacked any flavor. It was like drinking water. My friend got the dumplings which were $8 for 4 of them. They weren't even that good!! Pho was $16 with barely any meet. Don't waste your money.

I tried Vui's while visiting Nashville. It's located inside of a food hall and provides Vietnamese cuisine to go. I ordered a beef pho and tried the coconut pudding. Both were delicious. The pho had a flavorful broth and was exactly what I needed feeling under the weather. The coconut pudding was delightful. A nice, light coconut custard with tapioca pearls topped with chopped peanuts and sesame seeds. It was the perfect sweet treat. Service was fast and friendly. Ambiance can't really attribute to Vui's, but the food hall was on par with some of the other newer food halls that are popping up. A lot of different cuisines and options to choose from and the playlist was also cool. There is paid parking in the adjacent lot, but there is also fee street parking directly outside.

Service was great, price was right, and food looked pretty, but honestly I had higher expectations for the flavor. The chicken was pretty sweet and I wanted more spice. the rice was okay but it tasted mushy. The restaurant was counter service and it was laid back perfect for a get together with my friends. I don't think i'd come back on my own but maybe it was the wrong dish.

Coming from SoCal where the Asian food scene is top-tier (in my humble opinion), Vui's Kitchen didn't exactly hit the spot. During my trip to the South, I was in need of some comfort food. In my book, that would be a hot bowl of pho. Scouring Yelp, there weren't too many Vietnamese food options in Nashville. Vui's Kitchen is arguably the most prominent one. Taking a chance on them, I ordered the Beef Pho. It was... interesting. It definitely had the spirit, but didn't deliver. Noodles were great. Loved the amount of veggie toppings they provided. Broth was meh- it didn't quite achieve the depth of flavors or have the same fragrance as a solid bowl of pho. The beef was something else... Basic meats featured in pho are usually either thit thai (rare beef) or thit chin (well-done meat). Sometimes people will get fancy with it and do filet mignon. However, Vui's uses strange stringy, chewy beef strips. I don't even know what that was, but it wasn't good. Overall, a very underwhelming bowl of pho. I really only ate the noodles, veggies, and some broth.
