Never again will We yThe service was not good. And very upsetting for us. Was unable to meet our needs. Took intervention to resolve.once again I am disappointed in the lack of understanding of this service. When we ordered the package for our travel we told the agent that we do not do Internet she gave us Internet service now we're on the ship and we don't have what we wanted so I don't at this point what now. I went with 3 others to talk about a trip to Hawaii, Annette was very nice But she charged us $90.00. We didn't book the trip and I have spoken with 3 other agents at different locations, none of them charged anything. They all said they would get paid when trip was booked. I really feel this was a ripoff.

Annette was so thorough in making our trip everything we wanted it to be. She really cares about what kind of experience one wants to have. All five family members' interests were included in considering how we would lay out our trip. Her recommendation on trip insurance was a lifesaver as my son broke his leg halfway through our trip! When that happened Annette jumped into action, cancelled what she could, and even had the insurance company contact me to help get everything in order so I didn't have to look anything up in that stressful situation. Once my son was out of the hospital, Annette helped me get accommodations for us for a long-term stay until he was cleared to fly and gave us advice on tours we could still do with a broken leg. Once home, she still checks in on us from time to time. Annette is a travel agent I will use again and again. I cannot recommend her enough and hope to meet her in person one day to say thank you.
