Got to the airport super early so had some time to kill. Sat at the bar which had several seats open and got there right in time before a rush showed up. Mariana at the bar was friendly and provided great service. Along with Maddy. I got the breakfast sand which was scrambled eggs and potatoes and coffee. While it did take a minute for the food to arrive (they did warn other guests of the timeline) everything came out tasty. The bread to egg/bacon ration was good as the bun was very light. The potatoes tasted great even though there weren't super browned. Simple decor for an airport restaurant and have the option to order via QR code as well as pay via QR code.

Sat inside after ordering take out chicken and waffle. I forgot to order on the pad regular water cost me a dollar. Service was excellent but there was an older lady staff looking at me like crazy like waiting for me to leave. I guess an ok place to eat.

We had great service from Jesus! As far as airport fare, it's pretty good. I thoroughly enjoyed my bacon avocado burger! Fries were crispy , hot and salty. Cost is high $23 for a burger but chalk it up to airport inflation.

ChatGBT suggested I try 24 Diner in Austin, tho I'm not sure the airport location was the best place to try. The ambiance was ok and expected of an airport, everything was clean. The service was a bit confusing, but it's open seating and you scan the QR code to order, even water. There were no refills or stop-by asking if we needed anything else, I guess we were supposed to order more water online too and we paid online after. I got the chicken and waffles - this chicken was deboned and was tiny next to the waffle, but it was juicy and flavorful. I also enjoyed the home style looking waffle and sweet cream butter on top - wasn't as thick as it looked on the chain's website. My friend enjoyed her burger, nothing special but solid. 3 star overall.

Yoooo, 24 Diner once again has a 24-hour schedule Wednesday-Saturdays for the first time since before the pandemic. For a night-owl like me, that's huge! But it's so much more than that. The service we experienced was next level awesome, from our friendly, helpful server (he even personally made a milkshake that they don't have on the night menu because he knew the ingredients), to the owner stopping at our table to make sure everything was good, to our server asking us before we left if we would like "to-go waters" (mind blown... but this is truly so smart, since lots of the late-late crowd is probably stopping in after a night of drinking!). The food is still reliably tasty and high quality. We brought a bunch of friends who had never been before and were expecting a basic "diner" type experience, and they were just blown away. Definitely gonna become a regular stop for us!

Absolutely horrible. Do not go here. Long wait just to sit with mostly open tables - couldn't find an employee to seat us. Had the bacon avocado burger which in one word was tasteless. You have to order via your phone (again, no human) and the default setting for the burger is medium. Ok cool - they must know how to do that. Nope - it was burnt. The bacon was tasteless. And whatever "avocado" they put on the burger was just a very very small smear of green something - no real avocado. There are way too many places in that airport to not have to blow $30 - yep - $30 for the burger, uncooked fries and a soda. And I also had to check out via my phone and it had the nerve to ask for a tip. For what??? Hard pass folks - save your money.

We sat down for breakfast at AUS Airport on a Tuesday morning. The restaurant wasn't packed but they seemed understaffed. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to greet us and find us a table for our group. Our waitress was great, she was attentive and was trying to get food out quickly. There was a delay in cooking the food, but our waitress mentioned there was a 30 minute wait to get food out and made sure that wasn't a problem before she put our order in. The food was actually pretty good, doesn't look great, but tasted better than you'd think by appearance! All in all the experience was good, we weren't in a rush so the delay wasn't a huge issue, it really helped that our waitress communicated the delay in food orders getting out, so we could decide prior to placing our order. She managed expectations really well.

If I could give this a zero star I would. Worst airport food experience. QR code didn't work so had to wait for someone to take our order. We placed our order with the waitress. But after 30 minutes of waiting for our food we noticed that the people that came after us were getting their food first. After about 45 minutes we inquired and they tried to convince us that our order was coming up but when they asked the cook about our order, the cooks both seemed confused. Long story short, the waitress never put our order in or maybe it wasn't relayed well to the cooks. The hostess was non attentive and on her phone and for a non busy restaurant it just blew my mind that it would take that long to prep ppl's food. When the hostess sat other ppl down after us she mentioned it would take 30-45 minutes to get the food. I looked at my partner and wondered why she hadn't told us that. So when the 30 minutes was up for us, I figured we were part of the slow turn around. But that was definitely not the case because as I stated earlier, two other folks walked in after us and got their food first. What a waste of our time.

You have to order from QR code, dirty table, very few options-food was cold, bland and potatoes for my breakfast hash were hard and inedible. This place SUCKS. $20 for pretty much every option-don't waste your time or money at this sad excuse for a restaurant. And the employees act like they couldn't care less whether you eat here or not.

If you're looking for a place to sit and get buzzed on overpriced booze before you sit on a plane and get buzzed on overpriced booze: congratulations. You've accomplished your goal. Yours truly ordered a grilled cheese and fries because, let's be real, it's a reasonably safe bet for something that would be hard to screw up. It was good. Freshly made sandwich accompanied by hot, seasoned fries - nothing wrong with that. Service was fast and friendly. No complaints.
