I went to Altitude for a sisterhood event with my sorority and it was a lot of fun! It was nice to be able to tap into our inner child and jump around on the trampolines. I do think it was a bit crowded, but it could have been worse. I enjoyed the variety of trampolines they had. We explored the dodgeball area, regular trampolines, tumble track, and rock climbing wall. The pit got very deep when more people got onto it but I did really enjoy the rock wall. It was something I haven't seen at a trampoline park. There was also a small zipline. I think it was only for kids and would not have held us. The staff was nice and helpful when purchasing. I think it was a fun sorority outing but definitely left me out of breath!

I haven't been to this facility, but I accidentally booked a birthday party here and attempted to cancel within minutes of booking. The law provides a cooling off period for most purchases, and there should have been a simple way to cancel this transaction. But for some reason, canceling took MULTIPLE calls and emails to this facility and still didn't result in a cancellation. They wanted proof that I had rebooked at another facility, as well as my credit card number -- I used a virtual number for online security, so I was not able to provide this. In the end, I was instructed to dispute the transaction through my credit card company, which I did. All for a simple mistake that I tried to remedy within minutes. Each Altitude appears to be independently owned and operated. If not, I would have canceled at our original desired location, as well, as the whole experience was ridiculous.

Seriously disappointing and false advertising. They advertise junior jumpers for 2-6 year old only but do not state that is not during summer time. Staff does not guide older kids slash adults to not jump on tramp with toddlers. Out of control scene. Bathrooms were disgusting. Best part,no refund after 5 minutes inside. Not our first jump park but will be our last visit here.

I usually like coming here, and this is definitely my favorite trampoline park. The last time I came they had taken away my favorite trampoline spot and replaced it with a basketball court in the corner, I hope that is a temporary change. If it is permanent I probably wont come back. Sometimes its super duper crowded, but that is to be expected for any fun attraction on a saturday! Also its a little pricey, but also to be expected I think!

We held my daughter's third birthday party here and the host was out of this world amazing! I love how they have an area for the smaller kids to jump and play. My daughter lives this place. Who am I kidding..... I love this place!

My kids have come here a few times over the years for birthday parties or playdates with friends. Some days are more empty, other days they're packed to the brim. They always come back sweaty and happy. Everyone needs to have a waiver, which remain valid for 1-5 years or more. I just called to ask, and the friendly staff member was able to look me up by phone number, and give me expiration dates on all our waivers. (Adults might have a lifetime waiver, the kids will expire in different years).

The worst. The manager is a complete dick. Kicked some kids out for nothing just because a group of immature boys got butt hurt during DODGEBALL. do not recommend especially for little kids. They made checking in so difficult and after check in was being rude the whole time. the staff in orange were nicer, but the guy in black, awful. didn't get a name for him. go literally ANYWHERE else.

Staffed almost entirely by kids who can't properly answer a question. Evidently, each location is independent from the others, so memberships are not honored from Location to Location. Apparently, this is too difficult for the kids who work here to understand let alone explain.

This is my kid's favorite place right now and honestly it's my favorite place to take her. Altitude has trampolines all over the facility and nothing else, which I appreciate. Some of the other bouncing places I feel like cater more to older, bigger kids, whereas Altitude is great for all ages. Every time we come here we leave and I can tell my kid is tired and worn out and going to sleep sound. It's a win! We've attended a birthday party here too and all kids seemed to have a blast. Now mine wants to have her birthday here too.

this place is terrible! there is nothing to do, people are so disrespectful and disgusting, manager was a complete ass. not only that but kids don't watch out for little ones and the bathroom is never clean and always stinks.
