Better than I expected. Room 138 was freshly Painted with newer furniture. King bed was comfortable. Spectrum cable TV with a lot of sports related content. The "take and go" breakfast was decidedly limited, a bottle of sunny d and a package of muffins, but combined with some decidedly instant coffee, it was a thing. Is it a dive? Of course it is a dive, all "best value inns" are salvage operations for bankrupt motels. But this is trying hard. It is okay, you can stay here.

Terrible Indian wouldn't take my deposit because he wouldn't accept tap to pay, nor the prepaid Visa card I had to bother a friend to get for me ($100), and we couldn't get cash from it. I had to book a hotel at a different place and I had already PAID THIS ONE in full for a few days with a reservation online. So upsetting to not be able to have a place to sleep after work, waste time, and money. First and last time coming here after this visit. Trash , scum

Pretty dumpy place if I'm being honest. Felt...seedy. Really seedy. We're marginally more accommodating when they found out I had money to spend though. Scratch marks on the hard wood floor like some kind of creature- possibly human, was trying to claw their way out of there at all costs. Do with that what you will. Lovely views of the other hood hotels. IHOP close by that I'm positive only remains in business because it's across the parking lot (like so many Denny's). You never plan on eating there, you just end up there because it was so close to the hotel. Ahem...motel. Also, shared the room with bugs and everyone at the front desk was unpleasant at best.

I would give this place no stars!! This place is gross. Paint coming off the walls, no towels, phone doesn't work at all, people hanging out side all hours of the night like it's a jail house, dried blood all over the bathroom door and walls, tub was discolored and dirty, hookers hanging out outside the door to check in. The lobby was all taped off. It was horrible and scary!!! Paying $100 to stay there was ridiculous and a full refund is the reasonable thing to do to say the least!!!

I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn - Austin TX University June 2023 and this motel Inn was very bad the room had so many holes everywhere in the doors and walls old and wornout, This Motel Inn is very old built back in the 60's and smells like smoke in the rooms, These were full smooking rooms in the 60's 70's 80's 90's 2000's. The room was very noisy with trash dumpster dumping trash at 2;00am. The resturant next door I-Hop trash dumpsters dumping trash at 3:00am they also had deliverys trucks all night long, The toilet seat was very loose dangers and I had to get maintenance to tighting it up poor maintenance. The only Ice machine is located upstairs with no elevator. They have free coffee in lobby with only 10oz size cups. The shower head was very outdated and very low only 5' tall I'm 6' tall hard to use. I asked the staff why there is no kleenex in the room despenser and the staff said becouse of Covid pandemic No More kleenex? I did'nt feel safe with all the people out side the room all night with no security. This whole Motel Inn is sad and very tired needs a major Revention overhall needs paint, windows, doors. ect. Over Priced for the old wornout poor maintenance conditions!

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life, quite literally. The hotel is the "epitome" of a roach motel with actual roaches. The hot water didn't work on arrival. The front door was damaged. The owner was yelling at multiple guests. This place is a train wreck. It is unsafe and unsanitary and should be condemned.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! This area is unsafe and disgusting. We booked not looking into it and absolutely regret it. The hotel itself is very sketchy, we pulled in at 11pm and there are about 10-15 people just loitering in the parking lot or gathering outside by their doors smoking. A VERY OBVIOUS drug user in the hotel lobby at check in. When asked to cancel tomorrows reservation we were told no that there is absolutely a zero return or cancellation policy. Rooms disgusting, outside disgusting, bed sheets have cigarette burns on them please do not waste your time or your money!!!!

i worked a late show, and this was really close, even tho I live in the city. i should have known better when i walked in and some pompous dude wasn't wearing a mask, but REQUIRED masks for guests. the bath/shower leaked from the bottom of the tub, all over the floor. there were no blankets, only thin sheets. the man in the office called me, frustrated at 9pm, saying I needed to hurry, although i'd paid and reserved my room. he said I had until 11pm. when I checked in, I had my phone in my hand, and he weirdly accused me of TAKING PHOTOS OF HIM. I showed him my photo roll, with the last photo being my daughter. he was persistent, saying I took a photo of him. it was really uncomfortable, and I said I didn't, and again, showed him my photo roll. he was very rude and short. as I left, I said I hoped he treats his other customers better. I should have caught the name of the guy working 11/13 in the evening, but he was so weirdly pissed that he thought I was taking photos, that I didn't even think I could call and report the flooding bathroom. like how F'd up is that?

Okay dont come here!!!! Immediately saw and videotaped roaches running on the wall. Left right away and wanted refund. They initially refused refund. Now they will refund and claim they will call exterminator.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. Rented via phone call week prior for a concert nearby. Get there and they claim there is a problem with the card. No call or email. They wanted $60 for the room then a $110 deposit also, making it $170+ for a very average hotel room. They wanted to tie up our money FOR NO REASON. Then I was like "oh ok, well some sort of notification would've been nice." And the VERY RUDE lady behind the counter goes "I'm not required to give you a notification, you made the reservation over the phone." We left. Went to a hotel for a similar price and closer to the concert hall. HORRENDOUS customer service. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!! Checking the credit card statement and reporting any and all fraud activity after this place tried to recharge us. Front desk gal refused to give her name as well.
