The food was delicious and made fresh to order. We got here around noon and they had ran out of plantains and Salvadoran sour cream. They did add extra side items to make up for it from our breakfast platter. Their pupusas were better than any other Salvadoran restaurant I've had in the 11 years since moving to Austin. Had a great cheesy pull and came with a side of curtido and salsa roja. One downside is their lack of keeping their tables clean/tidy. We also saw huge outdoor roaches roaming around and mosquitoes galore. If they pay attention to keeping their seating/eating areas clean and put some roach traps or fumigation it would attract more clientele. I did start to wonder if this is how dirty their place is then what does the inside of the food truck look like? Last downfall was the lady at the window taking the order. I'm fluent in Spanish and she just didn't seem to focus when I was placing my order. I had to repeat myself a few times and it was because she was zoned out or mid-order she joined in a different conversation with her colleagues without excusing herself or apologizing. Overall, come here for pupusas and take them to go. Avoid the casamiento (rice and beans mix) as the beans were undercooked and so was the rice. I'd give this place a 3.5, for experience, service and ambience. Food wise I give it a 4.

The papusas are made to order! they don't speak English, so brush up on your Spanish. Once you order, they give you a buzzer for when the order is ready. We did wait about 20 minutes for our order, but that was because the people in front of us ordered a ton. $10 for 1x pork and cheese and 2x beans, pork and cheese.

Ordered through DoorDash so I can't speak on the customer service but let me tell you!!! The food was absolutely delicious!!! I haven't had Salvadoran food since I moved to Louisiana after the rebuild and my coworker use to make the best Salvadoran tamales ( sooooo different) these were exactly the same but were nonetheless delicious minus the one chuck of chicken in my tamale lol I let it slide because it was so good. The Traditional came with your choice of 2 pupusas and one tamale (I had the garlic and cheese and the chicken and cheese other the chicken tamale) I didn't like the fried pork at all it was mostly dried meat when I was looking for the fatty pork SKIN not pork jerky (won't be getting that again) but everything else was delicious.

Food is delicious, very fast service,however if you don't plan on dining in, I suggest you order ahead as they tend to get busy on the weekends. Cute outdoor seating, very chill atmosphere.my go to are fried fish, yucca and plantain. My favorite lately.

This truck never disappoints. As a Salvadoran their flavor is very true to what I've missed home. Pupusas, pan con pollo, empanadas, you name it. All of their food is just sooooo good! I was there on a Friday evening so a lot of people were there but they were very prompt with my order. I also like their neon signs! Like so cool!

I'm going back to try EVERYTHING. The prices 10/10- they have whole fried fish platters for $14.99, which is crazy to me because I'm use to paying upwards of $50-80. It's definitely on my list to try next time. I got pupusas and empanadas this time and everything was delicious. The menu lists plantain empanadas but you can ask for chicken empanadas. Pupusa cheese pull was insaneeeeee, it was sooooo good!!! My friends and I did a food tour of this food truck park and nothing we tried disappointed. There can be a bit of a language barrier, luckily my friend speaks Spanish. Even though it was hard to communicate the staff was super friendly and accommodating, will be a regular here

The location on Dessau refuse to serve me. I requested a pupusa taco and they denied They were extremely rude to me, but the other customers got good service. They seemed a little racist too. the place was dirty, it's gone downhill.

This truck is in a food truck park that I've passed by often but never tried. This place will draw you in by its crowds and a large menu with a lot of authentic options at a good price. I ordered the Carne Asada which took about 15 minutes to come out. The steak itself was only okay; it was pretty tough and a bit salty. But the beans, rice, and corn tortillas were delicious, and the charred jalapeno was super spicy. Definitely also interested in their whole fish platter if I'm back.

I've been attempting to try the pupusas here for awhile but they were always closed even though the sign on their food truck says open daily. Oh well, third time is the charm! They serve other dishes here like plantains and tamales but of course I ordered their pupusas. They're around 5" in diameter so I ordered 3: pork, squash and spinach. I think my favorite is the squash. I love how the pupusas themselves are fluffy and they don't skimp out on the filling. Hands down these are one of the best pupusas I've ever had. I also love the pickled veggies that come on the side. Couldn't get enough of it! I already can't wait to go back for more!

The food here is super flavorful and delicious. Their pupusas are some of the best I've had in Austin. Their sandwiches con pollo are finger licking good. The service is always on point and they're always busy. The times Ive been here rain or shine, they have people dining at their outdoor tables which tells me the food is that good. 10/10 recommend, you wont be disappointed.
