Had experience using the services of the company during the wedding event. At first, there was a misunderstanding with the type of bus - instead of what we expected, the school arrived. Not exactly what I wanted to see at such a moment. As it turned out later, technically, the error was in our order, but it would be nice if this detail was spelled out more clearly. After the appeal, the situation was quickly corrected, and by the next stage of the incident we were waiting for a much more comfortable transport solution. This made a positive impression, especially considering that there was a reaction and a desire to correct the situation. The drivers were professional, the organization on the routes - without significant failures. There are things that can be improved in terms of communication and transparency in the choice of transport, but in general the experience remains rather positive.

We used Austin Charter for my daughter's wedding last month and were very disappointed. They never asked which bus we wanted so we assumed we were getting a nice charter bus. They showed up in a very old school bus and crammed all of our guests in it. Then, although we paid for 8 hours, they refused to take some of our guests back early. So, we paid for them to go back and forth ONCE and sit in the parking lot the rest of the time. When I sent them an email about all of this, I got no reply. BAD customer service.

I contracted with them for a transit bus for a few hours to transport my guests to/from a wedding venue to rehearsal dinner and they sent a dirty school bus. The driver then missed a turn making us late for our reservation. Very bad experience all around!

The Ultimate Customer Service Story We chartered a bus and coach for our daughter's wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy. GREAT service leading up to our event from Abdul as he was extremely flexible with plan changes and very responsive. Everything was on time the day of our wedding and the driver navigated those Hill Country back roads like a pro. Highly recommend!

We used Austin Charter Services for our day trip to Lake Travis over Labor Day Weekend. Our driver was Rudy. He was on time, friendly, and helpful. There were 35 passengers in total and we had no issues. I would highly recommend Austin Charter Services if you are looking for a reliable and affordable (!!!) transportation service.

I booked a bus in April for a boat trip for friends in August. Abdul quickly answered any questions I had and was willing to work with me on price and requests. Unfortunately, Hurricane Harvey rolled in and we needed to cancel. Abdul and I emailed everyday the week of the trip to keep an eye on conditions and was very understanding of the situation. He was responsive and conducive to my need to change things over an 18-month planning period for my daughter's wedding. We used them as our shuttle bus service for our wedding at Villa Antonia. Abdul was very easy to work with! He picked up guests from the Hyatt north central and dropped them off on time before the ceremony. Then picked guests up after our exit and took them back to the hotel. It was perfect since Villa Antonia only allows the small 30 passenger busses. Thank you!
