The customer service at Austin choice limo was 100%. The receptionist (Karen) was nothing but lovely each time I talked with her. They were accommodating, friendly and very easy to work with. Thank you Sean and Karen for your exceptional customer service.

Typically I always go with another limo service but since it was a last minute thing I decided to book through Austin choice. Was quoted time between 9-9:15pm and if the driver could get there earlier he would give us a call. Driver arrived at 8:30pm with no call/heads up. The driver did not greet us until after 5minutes of us waiting outside of limo and had to wave him down. As we get into the limo we realize it was not cleaned from the previous party. Cups with beverages everywhere with lipstick stains on cups and no ice. Normally I'd be more understanding but during covid that was not acceptable. As we pull out of the neighborhood the driver ended up going the wrong direction and claimed the GPS was not working so I guided him. Upon arrival we ended up getting stuck at the entrance of hula hut on lake Austin but the driver was able to get out after 5 minutes. We had dinner and the driver asked us to meet him up the hill since we got stuck entering. As he was exiting he ends up getting stuck. We draw attention from people walking by and the owners of the restaurant so people offered to help push to get the limo through. The driver was on the phone (what I assumed was he was calling the limo company). Find out from Karen that it was not the case and this issue was not reported from the driver. Waited about 45 minutes outside in the cold with my family while the limo was trying to get out. Typically other limo services will call a nearby driver or just let us know to uber instead and refund you the hours. Not this company. There were people on the street, on top and inside the limo that were not part of our party trying to help get the limo out which was extremely kind but becomes a liability. We finally got out and the driver drove extremely fast to get us home, sped at least 20 over and took toll roads. My family was terrified during the ride home which made this a terrible experience. I did my part and reported the issue to the main office and spoke to Karen. I have not received a refund for that last wasted hour standing in the cold outside with my family or even a simple apology for the terrible experience. So if you're going to any of those restaurants, I do not recommend taking a limo into the parking lot. I also wouldn't recommend this limo service to anyone. We were simply trying to have a good experience as a family and were put in danger several times in just 3 hours. Update: spoke to Karen over the phone and she was very disrespectful. She said "you should have told the driver about the dirty cups." First of all, those cups should not have been there. I did inform the driver about the cups and nothing was done about it, thought it was pretty common to know limos are suppose to be cleaned out after each party but I guess not for this company. I mentioned I left this review and she quickly asked when and where I wrote it. Just save your time and money, book anywhere else and I'm sure you will have much better service and an overall experience. :)

I wish I could give the 0 stars!! Horrible customer service!! I was told on the phone 99$ for 4 hours cause I was planning a special day.. Then I was charged 480$ on my bank statement and had to call back and find out why. Long story short they don't say 99$ PER hour which would be more accurate when charging people's cards!! They man also have the audacity to call me and tell me my card declined and needed another one to hold my pickup! SCAMED out of money, and I didn't even get the ride yet! Never use this company!

I have used them twice to get me to and from the airport. I have to say that it was the best decision ever. LOVED the driver!! He was so interesting and fun. The customer service is beyond measure. The best way to get to the airport for sure. A few days ago I contacted them with an urgent need. I was assisting a flood survivor (via the Austin Disaster Relief Network) that was stuck at a Drs. office without a ride back to his hotel. They told me they would discount the rate but later called me that night to say they were donating the transportation. I felt beyond blessed. I will be loyal to them forever!!

My wife and I chose this company for our wedding. It was a great experience. They showed up promptly at our house at the correct time. The limo was in great shape and clean. The driver was great too. We took it downtown to the reception after our wedding. I would use them again! Thank you for great service.

I recently got married and like a guy I forgot to rent a getaway vehicle for the night of my wife and I's wedding. I called and spoke to a saleswoman who was very professional and helpful and was able to help me reserve a black sedan. Fast forward to the next day at the end of our reception.... my buddy comes up to me a says "Hey your limo is here!". Come to find out I was upgraded to a limo as a gift. My wife and I were pumped and I was so impressed by this. Our drive was professional and the limo was clean and drinks were provided. A wonderful experience from beginning to end! I will be using this service again in the future if needed. Well done guys!

Fantastic service and one of the most personable drivers I have worked with! Quick and painless scheduling for our end-of-the-season soccer party, a refreshing change given that three other companies wouldn't even entertain the idea. Said drove ten 8-yr olds like the consummate professional and our kids had an unforgettable trip, they were still talking about it months later!
