BEWARE!!!!! GET READY FOR SOME BS!!!!! The day before, i called the front desk where the phone doesnt give you any option at all on how to reach them, it hangs up after it says to dial a room number or something to speak with. After googling, i had to find out from a yelp picture of someones hotel phone from their room that you have to dial 0 after calling that number. Nowhere online on google or yelp did it say to do that. After doing that, a lady answered and i asked her if it was okay to check in around 1am because we would be arriving late. She didnt ask for my name or anything but said yeah thats fine after i told her how i booked it from expedia. The next day was the day of the booking and i wanted to double check so i called again in the morning. This time she asked for my name, and i asked if we can check in at 3am and she said thats ok too. Me and my girlfriend arrive around 12am to some boy in the counter who said that there was no room booked AT ALL under my name!?!?!?!?!?!?! I said that i bought it from expedia, and he said the card decline. My bank account 100% says the money was taken out!!!!!!!!!!! He said the next available room would be at 2pm. Me and my girlfriend was ready to have a place to stay before traveling far the next day and these guys screwed that up. I wanted to doubt the reviews i read on yelp because the lady seemed nice, but i take that back. HIGHLY recommend to NOT book this trash place.

I now wish I had taken photos but I'm sure others have. We had just moved to Texas and my son needed a place to stay. We found this place on line and it was cheap enough for me to afford. It was very run down. The staff is rude. One woman feels she can knock once and just open your door, while you are there. The cleaning lady would knock and knock[ over and over and sometimes just come in. When trying to register for a second week, the lady inside (we as guests are outside sweltering in the sun and she is inside in the air conditioning. We communicate thru a microphone) after taking my credit card and ID and giving us a registration card, gets on the phone with a personal phone call and ignores the long line of people outside. She then comes outside and lights a cigarette and makes another personal call. We go back to the room without registering. One of the rude ladies knocks on the door and says, My son has to leave. What?? She walks away and says "you did a fraud alert on us." WTF. I yell back at her " "My bank did the fraud alert, not me and I told the bank it was okmine" Her stupidity was showing. No dogs are allowed to stay there. My dogs were in the room 10 minutes. The rude lady yelled..You smoked in the room. She said someone saw my son come in the room with a cigarette. She came in the room to smell and did not smell smoke. The best part was that I noticed on my bank statement 2 weeks later that she charged my card $260 for nothing. After giving us a hard time. This place sucks. People are not nice at all. My bank reversed the charges.

I could tolerate the minor issues if I had a towel the 2nd & 3rd days. Pros +Clean shower, toilet, sink, and bed +Powerful cold A/C unit +Friendly staff* (lady on phone was rude but all staff onsite we're very nice) +No bugs or rats Cons: -Housekeeping took towels the 2nd day and never replaced them (Bring your own towel) -No shampoo -Very low water pressure + inconsistent hot water -Room tiles felt soapy when barefoot, though bathroom+sink tiles felt normal. (Recommend wearing socks in bedroom) -Generally run down (I blame bad customers, not motel) I'm really hoping the towel issue was a fluke. I showered the 1st night, hung up the towel and bathmat to dry. I got back the evening of my 2nd night and they were gone (they left the small used hand towel). I talked to the front desk and they were surprised they didn't leave any towels and unfortunately they couldn't access the housekeeping closet once the cleaners left. I ended up drying off using my clothes. I called the 3rd day to see if housekeeping could leave fresh towels in the room as I was out for the day. The lady that answered was quite rude and told me I was responsible for getting towels from housekeeping while they were there. I get back to the motel the that night and the soap was replaced but still no towels. I ended up driving to Walmart and buying a towel. I can't understand the logic. I had the towel air drying, how does it make things better to leave me with no towel at all!?! You have to assume your guest will shower more than once on a 3 night stay. I would have had no problem over looking the other issues and would have given 4 stars if the towel issue had been resolved at any of the 3 different opportunities. Apart from the towel thing, in this places defence, it's the cheapest private room you can get in Austin. It's run down because bad customers run it down. Based on value, I think this place should be about $20 + tax a night, however I get that the people who can afford $20 a night would really trash the room so I can understand the $41 + tax a night. 3 nights was $137 (inc. tax). I have to recommend spending $20 more for a chain motel.

Don't do it!!!! Don't do it!!!!!!!!!! We tried to save a bit of cash so shot for the motel while here for weekend, south by southwest. Lets start by saying, BED BUGS, ROACHES, BLACK MOLD. We couldn't get our money back and were from out of state so didnt have many options. I woke up around 4 am to a knock at the door, guess someone had the wrong room. Once I turned on the lights, there was roaches everywhere, didnt notice those during check in during day. EVERYWHERE. at least 10 of the guys on one wall. I had bites all over my legs from bed bugs, the black mold I was talking about earlier is apparent in the bathroom, it's even on the shower curtain. There was no toilet paper either, luckily I brought my own roll. There is no reason why this place is still holding business. It has to be against every single health and building guideline there is. I'm sick and stuck! Just tried to use the shower because of my itching and the f****** shower doesn't work!!! Must edit my review once more to add more! The room phone rang, the DRUNK man whom works at the front desk noticed my husband who was outside smoking and insisted he bring his ID up right now! It's 438 AM! WTF??!!

This is a terrible establishment. There is nothing about this place that I can give a good review. They lied on the phone and when I got there in person my room was more that what was discussed on the phone, i had no choice but to take it since it was last minute. The tv had no sound but I had to leave a $10 deposit for the remote. There was toothpicks in the wall outlets with burnt ends that someone put in there. Witnessed a drug deal in plain sight. Would not recommend .

You get what you pay for. For the price I didn't expect much. Place is dated and run down around the edges. Cracked tile floor etc. Tub filled slow BUT no shortage of hot water, sheets were clean and someone had cleaned the room. Not a lot of noise for the location. Got to stay someplace that you can impress your friends with this is not it. Just want to pull the door closed and wash and sleep ? Stay here and save money.

Please keep your money I get in my room my tv didn't work so I complained to the front desk she just came in pressed a few buttons and then said she didn't know what was wrong with it so she suggested a maintenance come look so I said ok I'll wait then minutes past before calling of course no answer so I walk down there the same lady said she didn't get a hold of maintenance and would send someone the next day by 8 am so I went back up with no working tv when the next day finally did come they still didn't come till 3pm then a few hours past turned off the tv to go run to the store come back tv back not working again go complain to the same lady she said she will be up after watching her pass by my room twice looking in my window I decide to write a review and now I'm leaving two days early if I could I would not have given this hotel any stars

we checked in this afternoon and we are completely disappointed- there is no water and we need to shower as we have plans in town tonight. They keep telling us 30 more minutes, an hour more etc.... also our friends checked in with us and were sent to room 225. It was so disgusting I will have nightmares for years. There was something like feces smeared all over the mirrors and the bed and it was filthy. When we asked the front desk clerk to come and look, she gasped and stepped back and refused to enter... how could you send guests into something like that!!? Our suite 302 is very nice! However the exterior of the hotel is filthy and some areas stink of urine. People are hanging around the balconies... We wanted to do some laundry but were told the dryer is broken with no idea of when it might be fixed... Very disappointing overall.

Don't stay here! Paid for a week and only stayed one night! Internet doesn't work for shit and couldn't get any work done. Tv didn't work. Floor stayed wet and wouldn't dry out! Mold everywhere! AND the worst part, no refund for the nights I didn't stay! They apparently have a no refund policy, but no where is that stated.
