Stranded at The Austin Trailer of Lights. Don't trust this company. Something was mentally wrong with the driver. He left us at the Trail of Lights after dropping us off and when we called him to pick us up, he told us his car broke down and said another driver was going to pick us up but they never showed up. Then, owner/manager said he was going to give a partial refund BUT never did. See below: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience on December 21th. I want to start by sincerely apologizing for the challenges and delays you encountered during your trip to the Austin Trail of Lights. While we made efforts to resolve the issues, including dispatching a replacement driver and addressing the mechanical issue, I understand that these efforts did not meet your expectations or provide the seamless service we strive to deliver. This was for Prom. Once in a lifetime prom. We clicked the button for 'request and book' for a Sprinter Limo. The pics online were great, shared them with all the teens and they were super excited. What confirmation did we get? A 'Sprinter Van' which looked more like a super shuttle that would take you to the airport. No one ever contacted me that these were different vehicles. In addition, the pics on the site of the 'Sprinter Van' are under the Executive suite line ,a part of the website I never even went to. I called and explained what happened and they said they will talk to the team about it but offered me nothing. Doesn't matter as the kids were disappointed anyway and you don't get those memories back. In short: these guys are not at all representing what you think you are getting. Steer clear and DON'T BOOK with them.

The driver was very nice and friendly, but that's about the only positive comment I have for Austin Prestige Limo. The limo we rented was ok, but had speaker issues, we could not listen to any music without a lot of loud static. We over paid for 4 hours because we booked same day service, which I was willing to bite the bullet on, but then 3 days later, I was billed an additional $250. When I called I was told it was because we went over by 1.5 hours, but this was not the case. We were picked up a little after 6p and dropped off a little after 10p. I will never use this company again or suggest their services. If I hear anyone mentioned this company I will be sure to warn them about the shady business practices they use. I'm giving this 2 stars: 1. for the nice driver. 2. because every time a review has 1 star it is somehow immediately followed up by a 5 star review. Maybe a 2 star review won't hit their radar.

Danny, I would like to paint the picture of our experience with your company. We called to arrange for your standard limo to hold 7 people. We requested the limo to have champaign glasses and a bottle opener in the limo. We were called later and told that we have been "upgraded" to the Hummer limo. (we did not make this request) He was to be to our place at 5pm. He arrived about 15 min late. He met my wife around the corner at our mailbox kiosk so that she could put gift bags and sparkling cider in the limo. He then drove about to the front of our house. The limo has what appears to be rust stains on the outside. The door panel and threshold is broken. He started to pull away. We asked where the glasses were. He pointed out the stack of red solo cups. NO bottle opener. So, I asked him to return to our house so I could grab glasses and an opener. He tried to make a right turn and got stuck up against a rock. He then made a left turn, went over 1 mile out of the way to "turn around." At this point, I was hanging through the window into the cab giving him directions, telling him to slow down, and kept him from going down a dead-end road, which would have been hell to get the limo out of. So, we finally made it back to our home to get the glasses and opener. This is now the second time he's been to our home. This is important later. We then headed to The Grove downtown. He said he had directions, and knew where he was going. As we approached downtown, he circled, taking us way of of the way. He then wanted to stop short about 3 blocks from the restaurant to let us out. Again, I found myself hanging through the window into the cab showing him on HIS phone where the Grove is. We finally made it to our dinner about 15 minutes late! After dinner, he picked us up, dropped the girls off at their dance, and then took us home. Arriving into our neighborhood, he drove to the mailbox kiosk to drop us off. We explained to him this was not our house, and reminded him he had been to our house twice before. He then backed up, turned onto our street, and drove passed our house. NOTE: there is only one house on the block. AND we had 6 outside lights turned on! He failed to see our home. Once again, I crawled through the window, pointing out that he drove passed our home. He then backed up, drove up over the curb! At that point, I insisted he stop the limo, and let us out. Now, after hearing this, you claim this is the standard of service Austin Prestige Limousines provides? And only want to offer us a free ride to the airport? IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY, I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT DO IT. The photos on their website are not photos of their fleet!
