We dropped off a car there this weekend and guy was great! Return was quick and he helped me with issue as I returned car late. Will definitely rent there again!

I did the owner a favor and took a car that hadn't been cleaned because he didn't have what I reserved available otherwise and I didn't want a small car. The car was only on 1/4 tank of gas which he assured me he would remember. He told me to bring it back with only the same gas and that in the future he'd even give me an upgrade. He did me a favor back by charging me for the missing gas and essentially scammed me. I'll go out of my way to never use this location again. He pretends to be "friendly" like he really appreciates his customers or you but it's a lie.

I was in a rental for about 5 months and he always gave me the best deal! Super helpful and if I forgot to turn it in to add days he gave me a call to remind me and were super nice about it. I can't stress enough of how kind and helpful he was! The best customer service!

No car available on the day after I prepaid. I would give 0 stars if possible. I prepaid for a car but on the morning of the rental I was told that there were no cars available. The local employee was of no help and did not offer any suggestions on how to get another car. Somewhere in the fine print of their agreements, they claim that they don't guarantee a car. Nice Answer. Poor Customer. I guess death and taxes are the only guarantees in life.

Uber Avis rental. Not usable as an Uber for over 2.5 days once reported. Had noticeable dents. Not well maintained. Dash reporting past due oil change. Checked the oil when I had to add brake fluid when brakes almost didn't stop car. No brake fluid was visible in brake fluid reservoir.

This was a really good experience. Clean, great car and a good price. This location is central and it's open on Sunday! Best of all, Mike - the helpful guy behind the counter and cleaning the cars - it turns out is the owner. It really showed. Lots of investment in good service. I will definitely come back to this location.
