There was the movie Amistad. But did you see the one about the father who kept renting cars from here? AVISDad. I used to rent from Avis all the time. This is one of the offices which helped me out when I had an issue with one of my rental cars, which was not rented from this office (rented in Houston), but they were nice about it. I was later billed way too much, in fact it should have been free, but I'm not sure if that's the fault of this office or the company. They've been shady like that for a long time and it gets really old. I kind of tend to blame both. For the experience I had when I came in here it was okay. For trying to reach them afterwards it was awful. And for the overcharging that left a negative taste in my mouth. Overall I'll give them a three but it could easily have been a two and some people would have given them a one considering.

As always, the customer service at this location is and has been excellent. It will continue to be my go-to every time I rent a car, which is fairly often. Thank you!

I reserved a car for one of my employees under their information to send them on a business trip. She is 23 years old. This was noted on the reservation and an underage surcharge was applied to my reservation. She went 15 minutes before closing because she has a job and waited until she got off work. They told her they couldn't find her reservation even though she had a confirmation email. I called on her behalf after she called me. I got someone not onsite and was placed on hold while they did their due diligence for about 15 minutes. By now this makes no difference since the branch is closed. They finally came back from my 15 minute hold only to hang up on me. Needless to say your employees didn't want to do their job because it was the end of the day. Now my employees from here on will rent their cars from Hertz.

The car I rented was great. Clean on the inside, ran very well. My issues came from dealing with the staff. I interacted with two separate people in the office, and both were not friendly. It felt like I was more of a hassle than a customer. Also, it is very difficult to reach them by phone. I called four times when trying to schedule my reservation and never got through. When I went in to pick up the car, the desk worker consistently was hitting the "end call" button on the phone while I was standing there. Then today, I was trying to extend my rental by a day, and tried calling 6 times throughout the day with the same result. I finally decided to just return the car and not give them any more business.

Renting a car at this location was a great experience for us. Pamela, the lady at the counter, was super nice, friendly, and helpful and attended to our every need. Taking and returning the car were quick and smooth, and the vehicle itself was in great condition.

It is always stressful when your car breaks down in the middle of rush hour traffic. I managed to get a ride to Budget/Avis on Burnet Road and called multiple times and spoke to Cameron to let him know I was coming and would be there very close to 6--closing time. I even offered to give any info over the phone to expedite the rental process. I called back at 5:58 PM to let him know I was 1 mile away and he said he would be unable to help me because "the computer just turns off at 6pm". I have rented here before but will not be anymore. What poor customer service. I would give no stars if possible.

I frequently rent from the airport and have never used Avis but in a last minute trip I used this company because they were closer than the airport. Not only was the rate higher, the staff was incredibly rude. Lesson learned, the airport might be a little less convenient location wise but well worth it for the lower rate, larger selection and consistently helpful staff.

I rented a car from this facility and I was very pleased. The staff was helpful and everything went smoothly. I recommend using this facility. This is one of the best off-airport experiences I have had.
