Need a van for a music tour, business trip, or family vacation this is the place. The vans have plenty of space and comfortable seats. Van was clean as advertised. Only issue was the van takes diesel and some states have limited pumps with a small diesel spout.

I am a former consumer TV investigator reporter and working to get awareness out regarding these shady business practices. Absolutely, NO! Do NOT rent from this company. Long story short, rented a van, had a clearance accident. Bummer, but accidents happen and that's why we have insurance. Our car insurance company paid 22k+ for damages Bandago claimed it was 25k worth. Our insurance company told us "they are trying to squeeze out more money from us" on damages that were not due to my accident. Secondly, they are trying to come after me for "loss of use." $9,000 + Worth!!! How do they even make that determination?... So you are telling me on a Monday, Tuesday Wednesday , nights & other nights, the entire fleet has been rented out? Please, such a scam. They are using a very questionable fleet recovery company also called PureCo to recover these so-called damages. One google search on this PureCo company and you can tell it is a complete scam... It has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau with complaints from other consumers that had been also threatened to pay up or else they will go after your credit. Beware!! Bandago never gave me the courtesy to tell me about what was going on... They just had this company come after me from the get-go. Now they say I owe them $12,000 worth of charges due to the damages that my insurance company didn't pay, a $500 administration fee and the loss of use they are claiming. Btw- the rental car company never went over any safety precautions at all. Especially & most importantly- the clearance. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PURCO REVIEWS TO SEE HOW THEY TREAT CONSUMERS. The company has yet to prove they have 40 + plus days of fleet sell outs and they have not offered that information. $500 administrative fee is laughable. Unfortunately, lawyers now getting involved so now the big bad wolf PurCo has to come after consumers.

I'm writing this from the stance of a passenger to the person (my mother) who rented a ten passenger Mercedes Sprinter which we picked up in Austin for a family trip to Opelousas, Louisiana. This thing was pretty impressive, massive and very comfortable. We only had six people, three adults and three kids (8yo, 4yo and a baby). I sat in the passenger seat there and back, my mom drove..the passenger seat reclines but I didn't figure out how until we were on our way back so that was a bust but there is an armrest and I was able to kick my feet up. The back featured four individual seats all fitted with armrest, cup holders and beaucoup USB plugs and outlets. There is also a the which I think has an Xbox or Playstation linked to it but we just plugged our firestick in and I used my phone as a hotspot but I think you can pay for Wi-Fi as well. There is also a full row of seating in the very back as well, good for anyone who wants to fully stretch out. The storage unit and it is a unit, looks like a little tiny house back there, you can fit everything you'll need for any trip. Lastly, it only take diesel of course and was about $60 to fill up a 20 gallon tank and we seemed to get about 11miles to the gallon. I really enjoyed this van, beats being couped up in an SUV. It rides good and it's comfortable. The navigation was helpful and it seemed up to date with local maps.

Great place to get a van rental to travel with several people! These guys were great! They sat down with me and I was able to explore all their options. They made the whole experience so nice that we plan to use them again this year! Their vans were super nice & clean not to mention easy to drive and maneuver through mountainous winding roads and comfortable for all of us! Made the trip super memorable!!

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!! I rented the van for my daughters bachelorette weekend. We had a group of 10 ladies going on a wine tour in the hill country in the Austin,TX area and then out on the town that night. I paid for the van in full on 10/29 for our trip on 11/7. We scheduled to pick the van up at 10:00 with our first appt an hour away at 12:30. At 9:53 I received a call saying that all of the staff at that location had abruptly without notice quit and there was no way for me to get the van and there was "nothing they could do". Later we found out there was only 1 employee in the Austin area. After hours of planning and trying to make everything perfect for my daughter we were left scrambling to find transportation within the hour. Our entire day was RUINED!! We wound up paying way more for a vehicle that didn't even carry everyone and driving my car and then multiple Ubers for the night out. Consider carefully before you spend your money with this company!

Man! I can not say enough good things about this place all the way up to their corporate office! I have a family owned steam cleaning and restoration company and about a week ago my best friend in Houston called me, I'm in austin, he told me he had 4 feet of water in his house and asked if I could help dry his house professionally. Of course I instantly started getting things together, but could not get 40 air movers and 8 dehumidifiers in my carpet cleaning van. I started calling around and it seemed everyone had the prices jacked up because of the demand. I spoke to a very friendly lady in their call center about the issue I was having and she asked me to hold. She got back on the phone and not only did she get me a van het hire ups gave me a discount! After I loaded the van I was ready to roll. Then everyone in Austin decided to buy up all of the gas in town, how was I going to make it now! I called to see if they had a diesel I could upgrade to that was the same cost. I was out on hold again, they got back and said they did, but it was double the price. It wasn't in my budget, so I told them I needed to cancel my rental... On hold again, stressing out!!! They get back on the line and give me the upgrade at no extra cost, since I was helping in Houston!!!! I could never express my gratitude and appreciation, thank you guys so much. You contributed to helping 3 families that needed their houses dry!!! Thank you!!!!

Thank you for adjusting the charge based on your employee's instructions to me. But what you wrote isn't the way it happened. If your company no longer had the van in stock, then how is it 'unexpected'? Someone should have communicated that the van was no longer available. Also, the new employee told me that the corporate office made the mistake of assigning me the lesser van at the original price, and I had to call customer service because there was nothing he could do. The first person I spoke with there was very mean. I think he knew he was wrong because I got a call from the director of sales within minutes of hanging up. He reduced the rate. While I do thank you for solving part of the problem, I can't recommend your company because of the trouble and hassle of getting your company to fix the problem, along with the fact that I wasn't told that what I reserved was not available.

Bandago got the job done and the 15-passenger ride was comfortable enough. The service is easy and the perks inside the van were nice to have (a PS4 and a roof-mounted​ video screen with DVD slot). My only complaint is the sound set up for and played video game or movie. The sound broadcasts over a specified FM radio frequency that the driver must ensure to tune the vehicle sound system into. The steps to configure the sounds video/game sound system are somewhat cumbersome, and interference often occurs when driving within range of a radio station broadcasting on the same band as the vehicle entertainment sound system. The vehicles should direct-wire the sound from the video game system and roof-mounted video screen/DVD player into the vehicle sound system. This would simplify novice-user setup​ and greatly enhance the renter's​ experience. As it was, the nice-to-have perks that set​s Bandago apart from the competition felt cheapened by the configuration shortcut.
