This is such a cute little venue. This is my second time getting invited to this event. It's very cute you book it with time and they do like a whole little set up placement for you and your friends so you can try all the types of wines that they have and they give you small little charcuterie boards. It's very nice because the person that you get is very knowledged on the wines and let you know the flavors and the notes and what it's good to be paired with and what it's made with and everything like that. I definitely love their rosé and their Pinot Grigio. This is a perfect girls night. At the end they let you have a glass of your favorite wine and also purchase a box of it with a nice discount.

This organization is run by an absolutely amazing team of women entrepreneurs, and they clearly know what they're doing. Although based in Austin, their delicious wines are cultivated in California and they offer an entire range to select from. I'm enjoying their lovely Pinot Noir right now which was delivered to our home this afternoon in a hand crafted wooden box. And I can't express how fantastic, interactive and passionate that each of these women are.

I cannot recommend BOXT any higher. If Yelp had more stars than 5, I would give them. 1st of all, the wine is amazing. No sugar and no bad additives. Each BOXT equals 4 bottles and is compostable. I've tried all the flavors, and #1 is my favorite. It's very light and completely refreshing. A truly delightful white wine. I'm a hard-core red drinker and BOXT has sold me on A WHITE! Today it was hand-delivered to my home. I received a text the day before with a very specific time (12:43) when my wine would be delivered, +/- 30 minutes. Crazy! Not 12:45; not 12:40. The driver texted me he was on his way and then I was sent a tracking link. They have deliveries down tight. The delivery driver was friendly and told me about my wine when he handed it over. When I mentioned I can't recall which red I like, he tried to help me figure it out. Talk about service! Also, when asked, told me he really loved his job. I have no doubt! I am sold on this fabulous, Austin-based, woman-owned business. Please support BOXT!

Have been to several events with BOXT and I actually love the wine. My review is for the service. I had signed up at one of the events I attended to become a BOXT member ($60/month for 4 bottles worth of wine). You'd think they'd be ecstatic but I was first charged the incorrect amount, I didn't even know as the emails were going to a different account. I had been in contact with someone from BOXT to fix this error for several weeks and finally asked to cancel and retry to create the account for the following month because I really do like the wine. Even though they had said they'd reach back out to set up the account after two weeks no one ever contacted me and I decided just to cancel all together to ensure I don't get billed. Really frustrating circumstances given I was trying to subscribe and give them money for their products. You would think for someone trying to support a business they would be more eager to help.

I had been curious about BOXT for awhile and first got to try them at a Yelp Elite event in January 2023. They hosted an amazing tasting for us in their previous space on San Marcos. I was impressed by their wine but wasn't ready to commit to a subscription and was dismayed at how much a single box would be without the subscription. I later learned of their partnership with Vintage Books and Wine and decided that I would splurge since I'd be getting two things I love out out of it (wine and books) and would be supporting not one but two local businesses. Knowing they were about to launch refills for their boxes (instead of replacing the whole box). It's still a splurge but one that has been worth it for me. I love getting the refill for my box of wine and a brand new book each month. I love the variety of the books selected as its got me to read a few things I'd never have read on my own that I have ended up enjoying. To date, I've not actually been able to participate in the meetings but might at a further date, especially with a bit more notice as I feel like I hear about it last minute. As a member I was excited this September to enjoy the benefit of having a tasting with my own set of friends at their clubhouse which has recently located to the West side of 35 in a cute little house near campus. They seem to share it with another business which made it a little confusing for our guests as we weren't initially sure we had the right place but hopefully they'll get their own signage soon. The home was lovely and they hosted a lovely wine tasting for us where we got to taste all of the wines alongside a small charcuterie board. We then got a full glass of which ever wine we liked best.

Wine was subpar, but the customer service was abhorrent. Requested cancellation of their subscription and removal from their email list, customer service confirmed. They sent me another box of wine anyway and more emails. Told me I could keep the additional box no charge, but wouldn't call that a bonus per the abysmal wine quality. Requested removal again, they apologized, and they confirmed again would remove. Still spammed me with emails. Tried adding to junk filter, but somehow their email system got around that. Now annoyed enough to write a review warning other customers.

This business is a gem! Found them through a Yelp event but took it a step further and recently had boxt delivered for our corporate happy hour. The process was so easyyyyy and they delivered it themselves it right to our office before the happy hour. They came in excellent packaging to keep them cold and even gave us little info sheets about each wine! Will be using them again and referring them out to other businesses and friends! Not to mention people loved the taste of all of them! 5 stars :)
