Told us I needed 2 forms of ID which I've never had that happen at a budget. I can't even pay for another contract because I need that, who the hell Is carrying around 2 forms of ID and/or their passport? They wouldnt release the car back to us despite us telling them we have stuff in our car so they expect us to take all of our things in a city we don't even live in.

They lure you in promise a car and never have what you ordered. I called them to check before coming and they told me that the car is here. When O cam they said that they don't have it.!!!

The agent Kahled elshinaway was unbelievably rude and unhelpful, refused to help customers, answer the phone when called, refused to confirm whether I had been charged on my card he swiped, and instead of working through issues with dissatisfied customers, threatened to CALL THE POLICE on us for "refusing to leave" when I just wanted confirmation. Also stated he doesn't care about losing business and told me I wasted my time. I suggest you don't do the same

The new owner Josh is AMAZING!!! He is so kind and customer centered. I was nervous before dropping the rental off due to my pick up experience in Denver being awful, but Josh changed my perspective on this company. I will definitely be utilizing this location in the future!

I really like these guys. It's actually just one person usually working and this go around was Tim I think, or Finn. Now I feel like a jerk, because he was super nice and helpful to me on a Thursday evening a couple weeks ago. They were the third place I'd called needing a car immediately so I wouldn't miss manicures and sushi with Nathan I. I got him on the phone and asked if he had any cars available. He said yes and asked when I would come by. "Fifteen minutes" I said. He said, "OK". Then I asked him he he had any "damsel in distress" discounts. He laughed and said he could work something out. I took a cab over and walked in. The lobby is a little worse for wear but the cars they have given me have always been clean and new and usually better than the ones from the Hertz down the street. I got a bright red Mazda 2 for $26.99 a day. I asked if there was anything else, but all he had was an SUV so I settled for the little speeding ticket waiting to happen (I mean, red, really?). In fact, I totally did cut off an undercover cop who was totally taking the piss and driving 36 mph in a 40. I'm sure he knew he was and that's why he only flashed his lights at me instead of pulling me over for aggressive driving. Anywho. I told Tim I would only need the car for two days. Which turned into three, which turned into four. Every time I'd call, he say no problem and I'd ask if the rate would be the same and he said yes. I think in the end, they charged me a $10 fee for keeping the car longer than originally planned but there was some other thing that was discounted so the final bill was pretty much what I'd expected. And they gave me the option to drop it at any Budget Rental in town which turned out to be a real blessing when I ultimately needed to drop it at one on the north side of town. Next time I need a temporary whip, I'm calling them first.

I would do negative stars if possible. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! I made a one day one way rental picking up the car at 930am. When I arrived, the rude guy behind the counter immediately began berating me for not leaving a phone number with the reservation. i did leave a number but that is not the point. He said he was trying to call because he did not have any cars and would not have them until noon. I had an event I was going to and needed to leave by about 10am. I asked how a noon car was reasonable with a reservation for 930am. Anyway rude man was of no help. I had to go to the airport location to get my car and this put us way behind. This location has no problem taking the reservation. They have a problem HOLDING the reservation. They suck. This is my first review on yelp

Terrible customer service. Rented a truck one way. When we picked up the truck, the location said 7am open time, however the gentleman didn't arrive to work until 745. Second, we were never notified that the blankets in the back had to be folded before returning. Last, the drop off location (this one) said he was charging us $100 for not folding the blankets, in addition to not filling up the gas. The foam was overflowing from the tank when I returned it post fill-up. He yelled at my wife and said "do whatever you want, I'm charging you and there is noting you can do about it." The vehicle also required us to stop twice for engine warnings and was not maintained mechanically. We will be disputing the charges, calling your compliance line, and never using Budget again. Great job.

Sure, there is only ever one employee & they are not particularly fast as getting you in and out with a rental car, but the rates are great, the location is convenient for me, and the service has always been good! PS: They also service AVIS car rentals, which is the main company I secure the rate(s) through.

I've rented from here many times when Tim was there and he earned my business. Yesterday, I called and spoke to Kael to reserve a car for same day rental. Since I'm a loyalty member, he asked to do it online, which I did. I picked up the car & the gentleman I dealt with was superb. I was planning on staying 1 week, but my plans changed and returned the car in less than 24 hours with 16 miles. When I picked up the car, I paid $239 for 1 week (Wed to Wed). When I returned the car, Kael informed me that I was being charged $144 for the 1 day rental - BECAUSE I PRE-PAID!!!!!!! REALLY??????? THERE ARE SO MANY CHOICES OUT THERE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. KAEL SAYS HIS HANDS ARE TIED.........YEAH RIGHT.......
