A reasonably priced on-site cafe on the St. David's campus's located on the basement level of the hospital. The cafe provides quick casual meals. There a grill that has burgers, chicken sandwiches, and chicken strips. The chef's table has a rotating menu of an entree and a couple of sides. There's a salad bar. Sometimes there are noodles and stir fry options too. A small coffee shop is also onsite. There are also all of PepsiCo beverages and frozen treats. This place is convenient especially if you are visiting loved ones in the hospital and saves a car trip or a long walk up the hill to get food. The prices are decent too. It's cafeteria food and it's quick so don't expect a four star meal. If you're looking healthy they do have pre made salads and sushi/bowl items too. Also there's an outdoor atrium right next to the cafeteria - so you can get some fresh air. It's just one less thing to worry about when you are here.

This is a pleasant surprise for a hospital cafeteria. There are a wide range of choices available, ranging from super healthy to indulgent for us stress eaters. There's a pizza station, a salad bar, a fried food station ( yay onion rings and chicken tenders!), a section with daily entrees (like lasagna today), all sorts of packaged snacks and bottled drinks, ice cream, yogurt, and fountain drinks. In short, something for all but the most picky eater. The prices seemed reasonable. My tasty fried chicken sandwich and bottled water ran about $7. I've spent more time in this hospital more than I'd like, and wish I had discovered this place earlier.

Not a lot of healthy options, ironic because this is in a hospital. It reminds me of what Dr. John McDougall said: You go to the hospital, and they feed you the same stuff that put you in the hospital in the first place. The peanut butter had FULLY hydrogenated oil. Almost nothing is vegan, and the vegetables are drowned in butter or oil.

I was expecting much worst, but this ppace was a nice surprise. Something for everyone and very reasonable prices. The food was fresh, and there were plenty of options. Has four starts instead of 5 because there is no wait staff and refills are extra.
