I walked in as ignorant about cigars as possible. Drew greeted me immediately and took control and helped me pick out the best options for my husband's Christmas present. I am ever so grateful. Went in for the first time today. Great looking lounge. Very spacious and love the layout. The humidor was well stocked with lots of depth. Justin was working on the Sunday I went and he was really helpful helping me ID a cigar that was gifted to me a few months back, plus hooked me up with a couple cigars "new to me"! I'll be back for sure.

When my husband and I were just getting to know each other as friends; it started with a cigar at Heroes and legacy, 8 years ago. We were loyal to H&L, so we were very sad to see them close their doors for good. Fortunately for us, we came to casa de Montecristo a few times last year before we knew H&L was closing their doors for good 12/31/17. We came in for a smoke after a little shopping 1/1/18 and I got the gold membership as an early Valentine's gift. He loves it! Every time we've been in, everyone has been so helpful and genuinely nice. So I asked about the different levels of membership, which Jacob answered all my questions without being annoyed at me. Lol I thought it was pretty cool that the husband could try out different cigars every month as part of the membership. I'm sure there's extra perks too, but the service is phenomenal and I like the chairs, coffee (Thanks Dan), cigar recommendation (thanks Brad) and ambience. The husband and I will continue our love story over a cigar here from now on. Keep up the good job guys!

Chill spot, good cigars, plenty of TVs. It's byob and they have wine glasses and drink cups. There are separate Mens and women's bathrooms and they are clean. They're selection might not be as big as Habana House, but all of they're cigars are good quality so you won't get no bad ones here.
