Fast, reliable, and well-serviced. This location always has a long line when I drop by after shopping on weekends, but it moves fast. I love ordering my go-to (a spicy regular chicken sandwich) knowing it will taste exactly how I anticipate it to taste. Plus, free sauces to try is always nice!

I was excited that we were actually there on a Saturday. The mall doesn't make them stay open on Sundays, when we usually go. I haven't had Chick-fil-A since December 2020, because I'm just busy except on Sundays. Food was great, it wasn't too hot or too cold, and the fries were perfect! My grandson's meal came with fruit, which was his favorite part. It was definitely an enjoyable lunch! The staff was friendly, and extremely fast. We ordered through the app, which made it easier on us, and probably them too.

What I appreciate most about this particular Chick-fil-A location is the fact that all of the staffers are very friendly; they invariably greet me when I arrive. Tip: I'm a big fan of the cookies and cream shake My favorite shake occasionally tastes as if it's nothing but straight milk, and when that happens I'm not a happy camper :-(

Food was GREAT as usual...Miguel Morales on the other hand was rude and condescending to his coworker, that was trying to help me. As a "Trainer" he should know better. He also decided to assist other customers before me. Do better.

This Chick-Fil-A is a powerhouse in the Barton Creek food court. Every visit or when we cruise by its always busy; twice as much as the other food outlets in the mall. The thing is we weren't dining for this particular visit. We were shopping around and came upon a cow with some snacks. No trading for beans here. Some staffers were out and about promoting the new spicy chicken biscuit and they had a hot one ready to go if you were so inclined. Then came little Rooster vs. the guy in the cow suit. He was a bit weary of the cow as they approached thinking cows don't stand up (you learn such things early when you're a country kid). The cow persisted dancing around and making gestures. I told the boy to give the cow a hug so he ran and hid behind my back and held his arms out. About another minute later he gathered some courage and gave him a big hug. Onto the new biscuit, decent grub considering the price was just right. I lurv the original chicken biscuit with a honey packet and sweet tea. I'd be inclined to try it again when I'm feeling like Chik'n for breakfast.

My one star is for Alicia today, I was standing there waiting for a refill when she looked at me, turned around and continued to do whatever it was she was doing. When she was "done" she went right to the register and did not acknowledge me. :) Do better.

Chik-fil-A in the mall! This place is always a zoo of people - which gets worse during the holidays. Stand to the right to wait for your name to be called. Good news is that with all the traffic, the sandwiches and nuggets are usually piping hot and the fries are never cold or soggy!
