Came here last night for a little treat and this hit the spot. Service was fast and food was good! The guy that took our order outside seemed a little out of it when I asked him some questions but overall good experience :) I did also order the orange cream shake hoping it would be similar to an orange julius and sadly it was not very good.

Taco Sunday was pretty good, ice cream did not look like a poop emoji, and tasted pretty good. Car did not get towed even after leaving it for 30 minutes.

I've been to this Dairy Queen on 5+ occasions and have always had a decent experience, but this last time I went in is the reason I'm leaving 1 star. My apartment complex completely lost power for the entire day (a construction issue, apparently) and by the end of the day my phone was almost about to die. Every other place nearby was closed, so I decided to stop by my nearby Dairy Queen and use their chargers. Immediately I realized they didn't have any outlets on the walls in the dining area, but I saw that there were a ton of outlets behind the counter. I ordered food and told the employee that I was a frequent customer who was experiencing a power outtage nearby, and I was wondering if I could use one of their outlets. The employee immediately became rude and honestly kind of abrasive. He said it was against policy to allow anyone to charge their phone there, and said that I'd have to find somewhere else. I told him that it was a bit of an emergency, and that it was only going to be for a max of 20 minutes. He rejected it again and acted like I was being a weird Karen about it (I seriously was trying to be as nice and pleasant with the request as possible). I dejectedly went back to my seat with my dead phone, and then I heard him and his coworker laughing about it. Honestly a really awful experience. This DQ is one of the nearest restaurants to me, but definitely never going again.

This Dairy Queen stays busy! With that said you cannot go wrong eating here for fast food. The staff are always happy and friendly and the management seems stay on top things. The beta part is they offer military discount for active duty and veterans. They even have signs stating so when you walk indoors and through the drive through window. My favorite ice cream is the peanut buster parfait. Next is their blizzards. Finally for food you cannot go wrong with a belt buster burger! I love the double or triple belt buster! Their burgers are juicy and flavorful! They have clean restrooms here and there is plenty of parking. Seating is good for both small and large groups. The driver through is always busy when I come here during the evenings. Definitely check this place out!

Deaf Discrimination, They tow non-customers from the parking lot, 10 mins into my meal some "hearing" guy hollered to the customers in the seating area then left. Apparently he was asking whose truck was parked outside and towed it away. I AM DEAF! Apparently it has happened more than once to deaf people here and I paid $230.53 to get my truck out of J&J Towing 8 miles away. I contacted Dairy Queen and NOPE they will not pay me back for their mistake.

I've never left a resturant a bad review before, but this one is necessary. We ordered in person via the drive through (and inside the third time). First, for some reason they split our order on two tickets, no big deal, the drive through worker read back our order and it was correct. When the food came out, we were missing two blizzards. We let them know, and the assistant manager came out. He said we didn't order them. We assured him we did, and even showed him our receipt. He said we weren't charged for the two missing blizzards, however, we even showed him our bank account on our phone to show that we were charged. He still said there was nothing he could do. He said that he was only an assistant manager, and that we needed a full stop manager to fix the order. He told us to go home and try calling in the morning. I didn't want my younger brother and sister to go home without their blizzard, so I went inside to go order them again. When I walked in I could hear him complaining about us from the kitchen for a good couple of minutes. While they were talking I heard the drive through worker lie and say that we asked her to cancel the two blizzards. I don't want the workers to be in trouble though. I've worked in the service industry for years. In a safe work environment, people rarely lie about minor mistakes. It happens in when the workers are scared for their jobs. Which makes me wonder why she felt a need to lie to the assistant manager. Lastly, they still got the order again. One of the blizzards was a Chessecake blizzard. I repeated three times that there wasn't supposed to be strawberry in it, but it still came out with strawberry in it. Working in service has taught me that you don't leave problems unresolved. The assistant manager tried to send us home without trying to help the situation. The extra blizzards are still charged to the bank account.

Ok I don't want to sound ridiculous, but I'm still in awe of what happened. Hubs and I ordered while waiting on a friend. Total was $5 and like 90 something cents. As he's swiping hub's card the cashier looks confused and holds on to the card. Our food comes out and they are holding on to it next to them instead of just giving it to us. Then the cashier says the charge didn't take and he'd have to swipe it again. Ok, you still have the card. He swipes again and says it still didn't take. Odd, hubs takes that card back and hands him his debit thinking maybe it's a Chase thing. Well that doesn't work either. So the worker who brought our food up helps the cashier and she figures out that the system is offline. So in the middle of our transaction they can't get the money. They say we'll have to pay cash. We are millennials, we don't really carry cash. Fortunately hubs has $5 in his wallet and explains that to the cashier. The cashier says it's also 90 something cents. We explain we don't have that, just the 5. And he says Oh I'm sorry we can't do anything. What? I would've just been less than a dollar short instead of tossing our food and getting no money, but I guess that's just me. So we got no food. They said they would hold on to it and put it in the freezer for us. Um? We're not hanging around for your card reader to start working again. We stuck around to wait indoors instead of the heat and at no point did we see them put up a sign saying cash only. I'm sure they upset a lot of people that day. Per the other reviews here I guess we got lucky because we didn't get towed.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!! This Place is absolutely trash. How can you even serve people "food" here. The staff was terribly rude and were using the most unprofessional language. When we got 20 minutes after we ordered, our food it was Ice cold and there was trash all over the establishment. Under kept and clearly poorly managed. We will never be coming back to this location ever again.
