I've been to many a Dairy Queens in my life, but this one has something going for it that no other location has. Good old fashioned customer service and fresh product! I normally hit up fancier and pricier burger joints but sometimes you want something quick, simple and consistent. I go in and order a #1 for dine in. Took a few minutes but it finally came out. The manager herself delivered the food to the table(sweet Asian lady)and she kindly asked if I wanted any extra condiments or napkins. I thanked her and I stood up and offered to grab them myself but she insisted I sit and enjoy the food and she politely got the ketchup n stuff for me. She smiled and said if there was anything else I needed to just ask. I go for the fries.. fresh n hot! A+ I take a bite of the burger and WOW! It was HOT and the ingredients were fresh too. Onions nice n crunchy! Lettuce n tomatoes were crisp n zesty! Even the bread was fresh! Crazy, I know. So as I was eating I was watching how customers came in and knew her by name, and how she greeted everyone with a warm smile. Her staff was mostly school kids but they acted and worked cheerfully. To me that says a lot about not only the quality of the work environment, but also how it shines through in the product itself. I wanted so badly to compliment the manager directly but they were busy and i was pressed for time. Figured I'd give them a solid review. Fast food joints are a dime a dozen, but so long as they keep delivering this kind of good service they'll stand out from the rest. Thanks..I will return soon. Jesse C.

first of all, show just this location some love , they always capture the 80s taste of dq which was ssoooo fantastic , second, you all didn't hear it from me but their orange cream shake puts wendys too shame.seriously you all have to give it a try but it will win you over. last,they are still fast and polite as ever thank you all!!!!!

Went through the drive through today. I had ordered an Ice tea with my combo. I like mine unsweet with sugar packet on the side so I can regulate sugar intake. When I asked the girl at the window she says they don't have any sugar. I said, "really, you have no sugar in the whole Restaurant? " She tells me that she doesnt have any in front of her so she cant help me. I say "I have to come inside to get it? She says ok. So I had to pull around, park the truck and go inside only to find a whole bin full of sugar packets. The point of a drive through is so the customer doesn't have to go inside. I cant stand lazy employees like that. And these are the same people that want $15 per hour for working at a burger joint. GTFO you deserve minimum wage for that kind of effort.

This DQ is consistently good and has friendly staff. I like the flame-broiled taste of their burgers, and the staff is conscientious about meeting special requests. The tacos are always crunchy, with fresh toppings. I recently tried the chicken and dumplings after seeing their advertisements, which remind me of how my family prepares them. I would recommend them: tasty, with just the right consistency of gravy, but not chock-full of chicken (but that's what I prefer). I could go for firmer dumplings, but that's just me. They offer a free side of Texas Toast; who can say no to that, since the meal itself is already fattening, lol. My 5* rating is keeping the category in mind--fast food, not that it's the best restaurant on the planet. This particular location is definitely one of the best. Save room for the soft serve, of course!

I was at the drive thru yesterday like around 10:00 pm and while I was looking at the menu at the drive Thru I laughed and one of the employees copied my laugh as if she was making fun of me. What costumer Service is that ! Very disrespectful workers, they forgot to put the fries in my bag instead of making fun of costumers make sure you get peoples order right !
