We hired Fancy Fluff for my clients bridal shower. It was such a perfect addition to the party since it was champagne and cotton candy theme. The bride was thrilled and really surprised! Fancy Fluff answered promptly, and provided great service. The spinner was really friendly the day of, and they even decorated the table to match our colors! I can't forget to mention, the actual cotton candy cones are gorgeous! I will definitely use Fancy Fluff again in the future and I highly recommend them!

The flavor options were great, and we even customized our cones to have pictures of our pets on them. Great service and excellent communication from their staff. Fancy Fluff was a DREAM!! The cotton candy spinner they sent out was so good - so so patient with all the kids!! The setup was beautiful and completely taken care of by them; I just picked a color. They made the whole thing so seamless and were such a hit at the party, I cannot wait to use them again!

Definitely don't waste your money! They showed up 15 min after the party started, then had to set up, and for the price? Pick another nicer company that gives you bagged cotton candy when the kids leave. It couldn't haven't been more plain and basic and nothing like the nice carts I've seen. This was one of the cheaper companies that charge too much. $500 bucks for 10 kids? Plus a $100 travel fee, not worth it.

Fancy Fluff is the sweetest delight for your next event. We love working with their team. Have have a very efficient process for booking, a million flavors to choose from, and really make the planner or hostess' job so much easier. We used them to top off cocktails & hot cocoa for our holiday party this year, and our guests were so thrilled. Highly recommend when your'e looking for the cherry on top to a perfect event.

We booked two Fancy Fluff cotton candy spinners for a two hour elementary school event. One of the spinners arrived without appropriate parts so one of the attendees had to leave and come back with the missing part causing us to only have one spinner for 45 minutes of the two hour event (lots of kids waiting in ONE very long line). After explaining what happened, Fancy Fluff would not offer refund knowing that we only received 60% of the time we paid for. They just offered $50 off on the next booking. Considering the cost to have two cotton candy spinners is $600, I felt like there should have been some sort of refund offered.

Honestly, amazing! I had churro burro/fancy fluff for my wedding and it was one of the most raved about things at my wedding! :) The service was great, the setup was great, the churros were perfect! My friends said that they kept going back for more. I consider that a success. We would highly recommend their services. They were very easy to coordinate/work with.
