Wanted to hold an event at one of the locations that they apparently manage and was going to first book reservations for a small party to check it out. Their webpage directs you to email their Marketing Director-Lauren Hodges. Her immediate response was to send me was, "make reservations online." This management company clearly doesn't have a full understanding of how all of their webpages link back to them and their reservation system, because their webpage specifically says to email this lady. As if I have never used an online reservation system before, instead of being helpful and guiding me to complete the reservation their Marketing Director sent a screenshot of a different webpage. I would highly suggest finding a management company that has more professionalism. I've been booking events around Austin for over a decade and unfortunately the people that have moved to our town do not being the friendly customer service we are used to here.
