Love this food truck! Located off of Colton Bluff, just a stones throw from The Union at Easton Park, this family team really does it right! They place a huge emphasis on fresh ingredients and everything is made from scratch, cooked to order, with an emphasis on quality ingredients. The young woman who takes orders is the sweetest and they are literally willing to make your food just the way you want it! Pro tip, ask for the California burrito and ask them to include pickled jalapeños! Soooo good, we've been twice already this week
