Very poor customer service. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays at a property we had spent a lot of time at prior to Logewell taking ownership. When we arrived, we were concerned about the overwhelming smell of dog pee (we do not have pets). We called and were told yes, they had found 4x spots of urine that they were unable to clean properly before we arrived - including the couch. At first, Lodgewell were accommodating and moved us to another property while they brought in a professional cleaner. When we came back, the urine smell persisted and we still had another week at the property. Lodgewell would return our calls just to say no one was available to respond to our request. We asked for a very small reimbursement given that we literally had to sit in dog pee to watch tv, they stopped responding to us. Oh, and it was Christmas. If I wanted to sleep in dog pee I would have stayed in NYC. A cockroach also jetted out from under the couch, so literally just like home.

Avoid at all costs! I am a retreat experience leader and have been for a decade. Our experience working with Lodgewell was by far the worst experience we have ever had. They are downright rude, nasty, and actually threatened us. We were visiting a venue we know and love that Lodgewell had recently taken on as a management company. We will not visit the venue again until Lodgewell is no longer managing. What had previously been a peaceful, wonderful experience at this venue, became incredibly stressful and it worsened each day. This is a terrible company. Stay away.

Trust the reviews, y'all! Stayed at one of their properties recently & while this is a great company on paper & in theory, in practice they just seem spread too thin to even respond to simple & important questions in a timely manner. You're absolutely better off booking a rental through an owner directly. Lodgewell just seems to be trying to manage too many properties which sadly results in hospitality basics falling through the cracks.

I teach retreats all over the world & Lodgewell is hands down the WORST venue organizer we've ever worked with. Wildly unprofessional + unorganized all while being very demanding + challenging (and threatening...still makes my head spin) The venue owners said other hosts had issues with Lodgewell, several saying, including us, that they would not come back to stay until Lodgewell was out the picture. The venue itself had a nightmare of a time with them & were threatened throughout it lawsuits. Since the contract has finally finished, they have reached out and we will go back to working directly with them. I don't have the energy to go into all the details as I have way over extended my time with Lodgewell already but please feel free to contact me if you want them. We stayed at one their properties over the holidays and were very disappointed. When we arrived the apartment smelt like urine and it turns out there was a dog in the previous stay who had urinated all over the couch. Lodgewell were aware of the issue before we told them however they never gave us a warning and we laid on the couch with the urine. We then had to move apartments over Christmas which was further away from our desired location for 3 days while they deep cleaned the couch. When we returned the urine smell was still evident and we just had to leave a blanket over it to mask the smell. We then never received any further communication as lodgewell took a week off. We were not offered any discount and they have not been contactable since. I would avoid this company and their properties at all cost.

I forgot my bathing suit and we messaged about it less than 3 hours after check out and she said the cleaners couldn't find it but the cleaners told us they threw it away... throwing away clothes less than 3 hours after check out is weird. I guess they already got our money so they don't care. Lost and founds aren't a thing anymore

If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of downtown Austin, the Littlefield Lofts are it! This place are right on 6th Street so you can walk to any bar or any restaurant! They make sure you have plenty of room for a nice group of your friends or family! They go beyond any hotel would do. The amenities are amazing from the snacks to the toiletries! Definitely will pick them for my next Austin weekend.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! They are not flexible at all and if you have to cancel for whatever reason they will NOT return any of your money. We had to cancel our trip to Austin due to COVID-19, and they have been not been helpful or understanding. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Do not book with this company. Covid forced the cancellation of a trip with some friends and they refused to refund the money. Just like other said they will take your money and run.

Woohoo! I recently stayed in one of their houses (Provident or Providente) and it was an amazing place for my whole family A lot of beds, bathrooms. An amazing bar table to prepare cocktails while kids were watching big screen TV. I was skeptical of what I would find in the city, due to COVID, but with many food delivery options downtown, we stayed there most of the time and only walked to the lake that is a couple of blocks away. Highly recommended!
