Scheduling a service with Lux Limo was easy and seamless. Upon my first phone call, questions were answered, vehicles were described, and quotes were provided. When I had to make a change in the vehicle type days before the event, Andrea happily accommodated and quickly sent over a new quote. Communication was on point and very much appreciated - received emails promptly, provided a tracking link to locate chauffeur, introduced the chauffeur through text beforehand. Our chauffeur, Kate, arrived punctually and accommodated changes to our Fredericksburg itinerary. She communicated well, made fun suggestions, and had a demeanor about her that was friendly and approachable. She also happily kept a carsick passenger company! Could not recommend her enough!

We originally reserved the vintage Jaguar, but it ran into some mechanical issues. I'm happy they contacted me with a substitute. They subbed in the vintage Cadillac. It was a gorgeous car! Here's my feedback: Pros: Excellent service, driver was lovely, car was clean and gorgeous Cons: The biggest con is that the fumes were terrible. It caused me to have a migraine the rest of the wedding day and evening. I almost had to ask the driver to pull over because I felt so nauseous and needed to throw up. Folks at the wedding venue could smell the fumes from around the area, and when we drove away, the exhaust loops back into the car. Even with windows rolled down, you're breathing in exhaust the entire time. If you're okay with that- then this is a good choice. If you have any concern about literally smelling gas fumes the entire time in the car, then you should find something else. The company has new vehicles which I wish we chose because being sick the entire day wasn't what I wanted.

LUX LUX LUX... what can I say. You guys did an outstanding job for my gf's birthday wine tour. Everyone had a pleasant experience from beginning to the end. Wineries were exquisite and had no issues during our tastings. Our limo was clean, modern and ready to party. It exceeded everyone's expectation. Our chauffeur, Greg, was TOP NOTCH! He was on time, had good communication, attentive, accommodating and takes great photographs as well. Glad he was part of our experience. Overall, I'm very satisfied and delighted to have LUX as our transportation/concierge. I'll definitely book you guys again if there is a need in the future.

I used their services for my daughter's wedding. We had many out of town/out of state guests and our venue was way out in the country. It was so easy. I called and explained what was needed. The rep made recommendations and showed me photos and pricing. The rep gave me her wireless number if I had any questions or concerns and promptly returned any calls. They sent me a reminder a few days before the event and the day of the event. Their team showed up timely, were very professional and got us all to the church in time and back safely. Everyone complimented their service and the service took allot of stress off of our shoulders.

Lux Limo helped us with the departure car from my son's recent wedding reception. My son and his bride wanted a classic car and they were driven away in a beautiful, black vintage Cadillac. It was the perfect ending to an amazing night. Andrea was so flexible and easy to work with and Greg was a great driver. Well done and thank you!

We hired Lux Limo for our getaway car for our wedding in February 2018. Leading up to the day, I spoke with Andrea McAdams, and she was so helpful, friendly, and professional. She spoke with me about our needs for the day and our timeline. She was able to coordinate having a few of the sodas we wanted in the limo for us, and they had red roses in the limo, as well, that we got to keep. I gave her our DOC's information, which she gave to the driver, and they were able to coordinate everything for us. Our limo was there on time without us having to worry about a thing. Our driver (I unfortunately don't recall his name) was friendly, and even let our photographer jump in the limo real quick to snap a picture. The trip to the hotel was smooth, and we had a great time. It was so nice for the two of us to be able to spread out a bit, after being pretty exhausted from the events of the day. When we got to the hotel, the driver helped us with our bags and made sure we were good to go. Highly recommend. Thanks, everyone at Lux!

If it would let me select 100 Stars I would, the owners of Lux Limo played a huge roll in making our night amazing. I work for a non profit and the kind owner was a huge help, they may not know it but the population we serve deals with homeless youth. Our organization hosts a prom For these young adults, the smiles on these kids faces was enough to make me cry. This would not have been possible without this wonderful company. From the bottom of all of our hearts at LW we thank you for an amazing night.
