Had an amazing time. Celebrating a friend's Bachelorette, we had a section and had a really fun time. The music was great, the vibe was good, and the ladies were great checking on us all night. We loved it.

I love clubbing and have been clubbing since high school in the 90s. I've been in Atlanta, Miami, New York, and Vegas so I have high expectations. We came here unexpectedly just to check it out and because it's Austin, I didn't expect it to be like Miami, Vegas, etc. For Austin, it was good. In comparison to the other cities I've clubbed in, not so much. The DJ played some good songs and mixed them well. The crowd didn't dance. There were more tables than dance floor. My friend and I danced in a corner and had fun being silly. I would come back if we were in a dancing mood ever again.

Mayfair is hands down one of the best spots in town for a night out. With two levels to explore, the terrace offers a great outdoor vibe while the inside keeps the energy high. The DJ is always on point, spinning a mix of EDM and hip hop that keeps the crowd moving all night. I love how they do Four Record Fridays--each week features a different theme, making every Friday night feel fresh and exciting. It's also a fantastic place to catch UFC fights with a lively crowd. Whether you're there to dance or just hang out, Mayfair never disappoints!

I have now been here two separate occasions, but they were both to watch soccer. The area is built for that kind of environment, I don't know how it would be with any other sporting event or any other gathering. They put a decent amount of effort into creating an environment for this, and the fans really work to combat the open air. I only apprehension is the automatic 20% gratuity but what can you do with downtown Austin.

I've been to Mayfair several times, usually at the insistence of friends who consider it one of the "better" clubs in Austin. However, for me, the DJs here are often mediocre, the drinks are basic and overpriced, and the men they let in are either a) cheap b) creepy and/or c) pushy. Mayfair tries too hard to come across as upscale with its pretentious staff and bottle service offerings. For anyone that's truly a club rat, you'll be disappointed. We've been ushered into VIP sections, only to find ourselves surrounded by unsettling characters, including one memorable instance involving a man celebrating his recent release from incarceration.

This is a bit of a higher-end club on West 6th. We went at 10pm and it was dead, but after midnight is was bustling. The rooftop outdoor seating was really cute and vibey, but the dance lounge inside was suffocating, and not in a good crowd energy kind of way. The private area was huge, and the main dance area was so tiny that it was impossible to dance without having people shove past to get into the private area every few seconds. The drinks were fine, and I'm sure they were expensive.

Every time I return to Austin I will make it a point to go to Mayfair! Shoutout to Dillon for finding us. Being tourists we weren't really sure which bars on 6th street we should check out. Dillon found us when we were crossing the street and invited us to Mayfair. He said "A bottle of champagne on me!". Ladies love free champagne so obviously we took him up on it. Dillon and the rest of the staff at Mayfair were so attentive that it made it hard to want to go anywhere else. In fact, we went back the very next night! If you're looking for a club-like atmosphere with great music and good vibes - look no further because Mayfair is THE spot. I highly recommend getting a table too.

Came by last weekend for the World Cup Finals. They were running a special of $15 Mimosa carafes. I can't do much OJ or any at all and the bartender was nice enough to place it on the side. Really nice nightclub that every now and then throws events like this during the day with specials. No food, but during certain events they will bring food in to giveaway. Check it out!
