The most horrible service and didn't have the right order in the bag! We went through drive-through and was greeted by rude employee. We paid over $45 worth of McDonald's for four friends and they gave us a complete wrong order with no bagels for the breakfast menu. We tried calling the number back and no one answered. We tried going back to return it but breakfast was over. I hate it here at this. McDonald's is the worst one in Austin. Don't go there. You would not be satisfied at all.

What a joke of a location. Two nights in a row I have gone through the drive-thru to get a late night snack after work. Last night I pulled up to order and they let me know their system was down. No one else was there and there was no wait so no harm, no foul. Tonight, I waited 30 minutes from start to finish and put in my order just to get to the window just to be told the system was down again so they couldn't make orders. They said it had been down since before I ordered. They could have told me but chose not to. DO NOT GO HERE! Completely unreliable. I've never had a positive experience.

One of my favorite limited items from McDonald's had to have been when they released their Spicy Chicken Nuggets that came with the Mighty Hot Sauce which has a sweet & spicy flavor thanks to the chili peppers, cayenne, and apricot. When paired together they were kinda spicy, honestly. I actually think the hot sauce goes went better with the normal nuggets and that the spicy ones go best with ranch instead, but that's just my opinion! Keep them full-time, McDonald's!! Although great food, the service here is hit or miss, like flipping a coin! That's what gives them 3/5.
