DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE here. They wait until the drive thru is totally empty before bringing out the orders. You will get cold food and watered down drinks during peak hours. The drive thru and in-store has been ok, they do get busy, but what's the point of curbside for easy pickup ?

This place is obviously owned and managed by a-holes. The Hispanics I dealt with there are the rudest people I have ever dealt with at a McDonalds. The place is slow and dirty, as well. Avoid.

16 minutes in the drive through does not equal fast food. And of course the ice cream machine was broken.

Literally always get my order wrong in the drive thru. You have to go inside if you want an order to be done right. Also doesn't help 95% of the time the order takers barely speak English.

Do not waste your time going here !!! Let me start off with this! I've worked at McDonald's throughout my teen years . I know the operations , I know how stressful working in the food industry. I know that customers can be terrible and treat you less than and bark orders at you aswell . This being said when I go out to eat I'm extremely patient and kind. You never know how someone's days been ! Every single time I come here the employees working there are extremely rude . Nine times out of ten your order will be wrong or missing items and if that sounds like a problem to you don't try to resolve the issue because (most) of the people they have working here are extremely unprofessional/ unproductive . This isn't the first incident here because I let the other ones go! I understand some people can just be having a bad day or night but this is EVERY NIGHT! Two nights ago I came through the drive through at 1 AM . There was no one in the drive through except me and one lady parked at the pay window . The lady starts taking my order after every item I add she said okay is that it ? I say no can I get and before I can even finish the women goes what else LADY?? ... WHAT?? Are you being so serious I had enough I pulled out of line and tried to open the door the lobby was closed so I pulled back into the line waiting to speak with whoever was talking to me because this is every single time I come here !! The lady opens the window and i immediately ask for a manager . She said she's the manager I requested the name of whoever took my order and she magically went home in between the 5-10 minutes this whole process took . Bullshit . She was the one who took my order it was only her and one or two other workers there . Yeah I did get upset because why would you treat your customers like that ?? I told her I've worked at McDonald's for a couple years ! And never even on a bad day would treat my customers like the way I was spoken too . When I asked for corporates number she said I don't have it I said okay well give me a manager's contact information . Don't have it that's not good enough for me . Then to top it off she tried to smooth me over and fix the situation by trying to give me my food for free . Nope I don't care about that . No one wants to pay to be treated this way .

I ordered four egg McMuffins with sausage one no meat. They gave me Canadian bacon. I drove back around to get the right order. While waiting in line I was going through the order to make sure it was all wrong. When I got to the window I let them know. The guy at the window who was probably a manger looked at me like I was crazy. I gave him the bag. He verified what I wanted and asked me to pull up to the yellow line. When they brought out my order it only had three McMuffins in it. I stopped the lady and told her. The manager came out and asked what the problem was in a very rude way. I told him there were only three McMuffins in the bag. He said I only gave him three. I looked over in my passenger seat and there was one sitting there. I couldnt see it through the arm rest. When I said oh, here you go he said ina. Very rude manner, yeah yeah yeah, strongly implying I was trying to pull a scam. It was very demeaning and uncalled For. The way he treated me was absolutely unacceptable. I can understand that this kind of thing may happen but I in no way was trying to get one extra sandwich. I am so mad and so humility this individual I will never go back to that location or any Macdonald and i will not stop until this man is reprimanded. Im utterly and completely offended.

I ordered the new chicken strips and when I got home and opened the carton they look awful. They are so dark in color they look burnt. These are going in the trash. I don't dare eat these for fear they'll make me sick.
