No customer service, and the manager was accusing me of not being satisfied when the other employee had assisted me. We were the only paying customers inside the dinning room. 4 homeless were sleeping inside the restaurant. Please don't come here unless you like to be treated rudely, dine in filth, and leave unsatisfied.

Been to this location a few times. They've always gotten my order correct. McDonald's service across the nation has declined and they don't make you feel important anymore, this location is the average on that feeling appreciated customer experience. Sometimes this location seems clean, and sometimes it's not, but the food has always been, well, it's McDonald's.

I returned to grab a quick bite and used curbside. My food arrived quickly and was fresh and hot (fries have to be hot to be tasty at McDonald's!). The employee who brought my food out used my name to confirm the order and delivered it in a friendly manner. Based on curbside, this restaurant is still a great McDonald's.

I haven't had a McDonald's meal in a really long time. I would say it's been 2+ years, however, I thought my burger was delicious and well seasoned and the service was really friendly. I would come back.

I placed an order for a McDouble meal deal, but was instead charged for a Double Cheeseburger and small fries. When I asked about the missing drink, the employee rudely told me it was not ordered. To resolve the issue, I paid again for the drink, and when I asked again for the drink, but was then told the payment didn't go through then the employee dismissively waved me away. I then spoke with the General Manager, Aida, who was equally rude and unhelpful. When I asked for contact information for someone above her, she stated with pride that they are a franchise owner -- implying that there would be no consequences for how I was treated. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I expect better customer service from a brand like McDonald's. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed accordingly..

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Instead of doing their jobs, the employees were too busy chatting about maybe working shorter 4-hour shifts -- as if they'd earned it. Meanwhile, they couldn't even manage to follow a simple order or remember to put ketchup, which was clearly requested. The level of laziness and incompetence is honestly shocking. If they can't handle the basics, they shouldn't be working in customer service at all. This place seriously needs better training -- or better staff, period.

Ida is the worst manager in the world! She came forward yelling at me through the window and refused to serve me my order while door-dashing. Insulting me and calling me slurs and out of my name. Wrongfully disrespecting me and going against everything I stand for.

It's McDonalds. It's never gonna be what it used to be to be. With that being said, my food came out fresh, fast and I had good customer service from the ladies in the front. I keep coming to this location because I get good service and decent food on a regular basis.

Alright here's the deal... I go through the drive-thru and get a breakfast sandwhich (Sausage Egg McMuffin, sub folded egg, no cheese) from here multiple times a week. They are almost always very quick, they are almost always friendly, and they almost never get my order wrong (Batting around 90% or more). What else do you want from a fast food place? This is one of the better Mickey D's around as far as service goes. As for quality... it's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. That is all.
