He's not lying. It was in fact a McDonald'. It was fast and it was food. Good service.

McDonald's store 3608 (9422 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753). The A.M floor manager, Idalia, was extremely condescending and rude to me when I pulled up for my food at 1:55 A.M. I placed an order on the mobile app (the app said this location is open 24/7 and stopped serving dinner at 3:59 A.M), and when I arrive, she immediately displayed an aggressive attitude and visually expressed her displeasure at my presence there. She claimed the grill was being cleaned and they had NO food at all until 3:00 or 4:00 AM. I ordered chicken nuggets and a drink, no burger, so my order doesn't even require a grill. She even sarcastically offered for me to come inside for myself and see how they had no food. She offered no solutions, and said my issue wasn't her problem. My issue isn't with the lack of food, but with the poor customer service and poor interaction I had with your McDonald's 3608 store manager, Idalia. This person should not be in a managerial position, and quite frankly shouldn't be in a customer service position either. At the very least they need extensive training on how interact with people. If you insist on keeping this employee on, I imagine I won't be the last complaint on them.

I was charged $9.56 for 4 Strawberry Cream Pies. Their advertisement show the pies 2 for $3. I pulled through the drive through a second time to get my money back. The first person I spoke to said that I had to order the pies through the app. As you can see from the sign that I took a picture of you can see that isn't the case. I asked to speak to a manager then was told that I had to get an apple pie and a strawberry pie to be able to get that deal. The sign however says mix and match. I chose to match strawberry pies and chose to not mix. Needless to say this did not go anywhere. The staff at this location is incompetent in regards to their promotions. It the process they tied up their drive thru over $4.56. It wouldn't surprise me if they lost a sale due to this. This is bad business. I live next to this location and do not see myself returning because of them stealing my money, and not doing the right thing to own their mistake and fix it. Attached is an email from the Franchise owner that didn't resolve the issue.

Really good all things considered, ice cream machine was magically working and the food was fresh and well prepared. They forgot a spoon for my mcflurry, but otherwise perfect. Busy location with a lot of traffic.

This is one of the most incompetent staff at a McDonalds that I have ever seen. Every time I go to McDonalds I always say it can never get worse. Low and behold it ALWAYS is worse.

Pissed, they got my simple order wrong. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin, and a sausage mcgriddle, my mcgriddle came with no eggs or cheese, and my mcmuffin had ham instead of sausage. Really irritating when you're in a pinch to get breakfast before work and they screw up an easy order.

Just left the N.Lamar location and both the manager(white lady short blonde hair in a ponytail) and the cook(Hispanic lady with long pink and/or purple nails) Its 2:49am. My ordered 2apple pies and 2 of new pies right off the bat, the lady taking the order was frustrated.. (Im assuming that was the Hispanic lady with the nails.) 2 McDoubles and fries and a triple cheeseburger with small fries and 2 sprites.. The lady inside told me it was cash only. Ok fine. Then told me my pies would take 6mins. (Didnt elaborate on 6 mins a piece since I ordered 2 sets of pies.) Pulled up to the second window just to be sitting there for 20 extra minutes. I literally watched 5-6 car leave the drive through before I reversed about my order. The manager(white woman with the short blonde ponytail). Refuse to give me the HR Number for the location. And after getting my food and notice that it was cold, I simply asked for fresh fries. THA WAS IT! The Hispanic lady, with the long nails, cursed me out and told me not to ever come back to that location. After that I asked the manager, a second time, for the HT number, for the woman that just cursed me out. She told me that I had to call the morning manager because she didnt have the HR number on hand. So I asked her for her name so I could make a report in the morning. Like she requested. The manager didnt give me her name or the HR number. And as professional as I was trying to be, they both wanted to argue.

Especially bad service in the drive-through. Neither the person taking orders nor the person at the register could answer questions about the coffee drinks on the menu. Gave us the wrong flavor shake and lied about it. Messed up the toppings on a Big Mac.

Honestly it's not hard to provide freshness this is just poor management and lazy workers this is frustrating not the first time this has happened at this location that's why I go all the way to Howard for my Mac Donald's now this location is gross
