Assit Manager Rizi was most pleasant & accommodating when I called the day before our arrival. He assigned us a very nice room with a sitting area, microwave & fridge. Room was spotless & bed very comfortable. Upon checking in @12:30am we were greeted by Paul, a very kind gentleman who checked us in within 2 minutes! We were also offered some water & snacks. This hotels treats its diamond members very well. In the past I've stated at the 2 expensive hotels @ Austin Airport.. & quite honestly this hotel is just as nice if not nicer, & only another 4-5 min ride! Thanks!! G. Cheap hotel by the airport. That's what this place is. Would not recommend staying here more than one night. Breakfast is lacking protein. I don't know why I was expecting omelettes and bacon. You get toast, cereal, some fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee. Very basic. Room is basic as well. Didn't want my luggage on the floor either. Front desk personnel was friendly. One elevator. Parking is okay. Would I stay here again? 50/50 chance I would. Price is what you pay for: cheap hotel by the airport.

We stayed here our last night in Austin because they were the only hotel we could find with an early shuttle drop off (4am). I felt like customer service went above and beyond because I was literally boarding my plane when I realized I left my AirPods in my room. The front desk went to the room immediately and located them. I sent them a prepaid label and they packaged and shipped them back. Truly thankful. I was reading other people's comments about the quality of the rooms but ours wasn't bad. It was clean and decent. My thing is, you get what you pay for and I had no complaints. I'd stay again for a last night shuttle service hotel.

I just stayed here. I'm here to report this place has VERY friendly service, Kudos to Doña María Elena who makes your life 100% easier :) (She is the lady who drives you to the airport in the hotel's shuttle) Walking distance from a restaurant. Tiny pool if you have little minions that need entertainment. Just book with them already!

At first glance this seemed like a great deal. Lobby was clean. Service was good check in was fast. A few good restaurants close. The room was basic but we were only looking to sleep. However a closer look revealed a room that had not been cared for consistently over time. The 'clean' towels were stained. The tile grout was stained badly. The shower curtain rail was coming out of the wall and the curtain kept sliding to the middle. The rug was not vacuumed. The breakfast was extremely basic. But the wifi worked well.

If I could a zero star review, I would. This place is so unsanitary and the front desk does not care. The pool was green and its summer, we definitely couldn't use it for the week. Looks like it's been uncoated for the last few weeks. The room was dirty, the sheets on one bed were soiled you can clearly tell what happened. One night at 2am we smelled smoke as if the building was on fire, I went down the hall and knocked next door and everyone else smelled it too. The front desk didn't seem know anything about it, it was so hard to fall asleep again. I was afraid that I would sleep through an actual fire. No amenities or bar. Lobby is outdated, furniture looks like it was recycled from a garage sale. For what they charged me I can go to a better hotel near by that's cleaner, safer and has amenities.

Falsely Advertised beware!! 1/2 star hotel... Me and my wife are currently sitting in the room @ 2:00 am because we had a late flight, and we are hating life looking for options to get out of this creepy place. This Hotel was great, maybe in the 60's or 70's. We used booking.com and the reviews miss guided us to this horrific place, lucky for us we only booked one night until our next reservation a little further away. Maybe this hotel is for you but not for me and my families standards. The rooms are so small, low ceilings and they feel stuffy. We are seriously afraid of sleeping in the bed, even though they look clean but you never know. The bathroom below average and we are afraid of showering in it. We booked here to save some extra dollars, we paid $98, how bad can it be? we are just going to sleep there. Well let me tell you, it is bad! at least for our standards. If you can afford it, do yourself a favor and pay an extra 25-50 dollars and sleep comfortably somewhere else. Nothing to say about the staff, the guy in the front was polite. Is not his fault the facility needs some serious demolition.

This location is perfect for getting to the airport easily. The shuttle service was a fabulous convenience!. It's walking distance to a couple of restaurants if you're looking for something to eat. The room itself was much nicer than other reviews might lead you to believe. I had no issues here and would absolutely stay again!

Well the word micro in the Microtel is truth , rooms are very small , but for some reason I got bites all over , don't know if were flees but I check for bed bugs and didn't find any , then breakfast was really bad , eggs tasted like they were there for a long time and only ended drinking a orange juice , really not planing staying here again.

I should have read the reviews on Yelp. I booked thru Expedia and did not read these. Unfortunately this was my worst experience at any hotel. First, the rooms were very very small. Second, the room was dirty, the sheets had stains and holes, the towels were dirty, even the pillowcase had red blood stains. I overpaid 100$ for this place. Take your $ and go far away from this place.
