I'm writing to formally express concern regarding the experience my family had during my daughter Chanelle's birthday party on Saturday, August 23rd, held in Room 2 from 2:50 PM to 4:20 PM. We selected MT Playmore based on your promise of a safe, joyful, and family-centered celebration. According to your published party packages, our reservation included a private party room, a dedicated host, and a reserved table on the main floor for continued use after the party room time concluded. These features led us to believe we would be supported in creating a meaningful experience for our guests. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that promise. Upon entering the party room, we discovered multiple dead cockroaches.. two of which my husband discreetly removed before guests arrived. A third was seen after we had packed up to move to the outdoor table area for gift opening. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and the overall condition of the facility, especially given your stated commitment to cleanliness through the GermSafe program. When we relocated outside, we temporarily moved two nearby tables to allow our family to sit facing Chanelle as she opened her gifts... a moment we hoped to capture and cherish. The tables were not marked as reserved, and our intention was to return them immediately after use. Within minutes, a kitchen manager approached my child's grandmother in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. He stood uncomfortably close and began yelling, "You can't do that! Y'all didn't pay for those tables!" His tone was loud, confrontational, and entirely uncalled for, especially given the nature of the gathering. His behavior disrupted a sacred family moment and felt intentionally antagonistic. At that same time, your manager Sarah was approaching me to discuss the issue of the roaches. As she did, the kitchen manager walked away smirking. When Sarah attempted to speak with him, he laughed and passed our table grinning....further compounding the disrespect. I spent over $400 that day to create a meaningful experience for my daughter and our loved ones. What should have been a celebration of joy and connection was marred by unsanitary conditions and unprofessional conduct. After reviewing your Safety Policy and FAQs, I noted several contradictions between your stated values and the behavior we encountered: Guest Respect: Your FAQ states that MT Playmore "does not discriminate in any way and will not tolerate any discrimination by its team members or Guests." The kitchen manager's aggressive tone and physical proximity to my child's grandmother were not only unprofessional...they were demeaning and disruptive. Family-Centered Environment: You claim to foster a space for children and families, and prohibit "behavior that frightens or disrupts the enjoyment of our younger guests." Yet it was your staff member who created the disturbance, not a guest. Table Use and Party Guidelines: Our party package included a reserved table after the party room time. The temporary use of two adjacent tables for gift opening did not violate any stated policy, and your Safety Policy makes no mention of restrictions on temporary table use. The manager's claim that we "didn't pay for those tables" appears discretionary and unsupported by your published guidelines. Cleanliness Standards: Your GermSafe program claims to reduce microbial populations by 99.99%. The presence of dead cockroaches in the party room directly contradicts this promise and undermines trust in your sanitation practices.

Ok, this place has grown on me, and my littles (4 & 6) love it! They have the fun arcade games you'd expect, claw machines, kiddie rides (including a small merry-go-round), a sectioned off toddler zone, and a large playscape. What I love most about the playscape is you can see into it. There's also a comfortable seating area in the center of the 360 scape, making it super convenient for parents to keep an eye on their kiddos while relaxing or catching up on emails. We've ordered food on several occasions: Caesar salad, cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, quesadillas, fries, icees, etc. Everything tasted fresh and made to order-- no complaints from me or my littles. This is a great spot for a play date, or a place for some downtime while your kids play independently. Four stars only because I think the exterior and interior could use a mini makeover, but overall, fun place! Additional Notes: -They stamp your arm when you come in as a safety measure -They turn on bubbles throughout the day for added fun! Oh, and they're smokey bubbles! -Check their website for themed and discount days

Really a 3&half star but I didn't want to lower it to 3. Mt playmore used to be an easy indoor play option to bring my toddler and they offered decent toddler space and meal options. Actually I was pretty impressed with their food options for a kids play place compared to some others. Their pricing is also acceptable esp with some of the weekly specials so it's not too expensive to visit from time to time. Not going to say they are the cleanest, but not dirty enough to be a big issue. I often see staff cleaning, so it may just be an aging facility issue rather than not being cleaned often. Unfortunately they had too much issues with older little kids going in their kiddie canyon so they changed their rules to max 36inches height instead of age based. I understand they have a hard time reinforcing, but my daughter recently turned 2 and she's already taller than that being high on the height percentile. She isn't ready to play in their big playscape yet, and now she can't play in the kiddie space either. I also didn't like that they added digital gaming inside the kiddie canyon... I try to go out to avoid too much screentime at home only for her to be drawn to their video games. All in all if your kid is the right height/age, this is a good option.

Yo, not even a ball pit up in here? A'ight... So, I'm an adult with no kids (well, I have frozen embryos but they're not big enough to enjoy playgrounds juuust yet). But my inner 12-year old is alive and well! To their credit, Mt. Playmore semi-regularly will host a monthly "Adult Night" that's old folks only, lol. Finally made plans with friends to attend this month. Awkwardly, I couldn't figure out how to buy tickets for it on their website. Eventually I ended up just calling them the day of the event and Megan the employee was very friendly and offered to guide me through it... only for her to find that their site was broken (it wasn't me being daft after all, haha!). Tickets were $30/person at the door but $25 online, so I'm glad I gave 'em a call so they could fix the site. That's likely why attendance was very slim that night. Not that me and my friends minded, cuz it felt like we had the place for ourselves to run around and play. I did enjoy the play structure, very good for running through and winding about and going down (and up!) slides. Played tag with my husband a bunch, hehe. The DJ was extremely annoying. If the only way you can figure out how to make the vibe "adult" is by playing rap music with lyrics about "doing it from behind without a rubber"... I just don't know what to say. On entry one of the employees had noticed our water bottles and made a joke about if they were full of alcohol and we said nah and he was like "WHY NOT?!" and we told him my husband is nine-years sober and he was like "NAHHH GET DRUNK!" and um... that was weird behavior. We were given "unlimited play cards" as part of the deal, which would've been more fun if most of the arcade wasn't play-to-win ticketed stuff... but still, I guess a good way to practice? Enjoyed some air hockey, skeeball, Pacman, and the rock wall was neat. Obviously none of the crane machine games would let you play them (sad day). I'd been hoping for a more diverse larger arcade. If you're going to make wild claims online about "TEXAS-SIZE" fun... your place should live up to the hype... I've been to other places in other states that have this place beat, so... Bathroom was nice and clean. A/C was cranked to like... eleven. It was freezing. I had to run through the play structure to keep warm! They had an eatery so you could buy some junk food and beverages if you wanted. They also had giant Jenga and some horseshoes out, plus a really sad photo-op. There'd been mention of a costume contest, but with so few folks in attendance, idk if they bothered... My husband and I took off a little after midnight and the event ran from 10pm 'til 2am, so they might've done it towards the end (not sure if there was a prize involved or not). Hope this review is helpful for those considering attending Adult Night! I can't speak for their daytime op.
