if I can put 0 stars I would the owner if very nosey and will go through your stuff and grab it without permission to make sure your not sneaking in anything when theres a security already checking so why would the owner go through your stuff and grab stuff without permission and give you attitude. worst experience when they're just watching you and making you uncomfortable and I wasn't allowed to bring my baby stroller and it was very hard when you have a baby . horrible place.

The owner needs to work on his people skills. We tried to bring in one bottle of water to drink while we were setting up for my niece's quince and he told us absolutely no drinks were allowed. I have NEVER had an establishment be so unkind as to not merely let a guest bring in a water to help set up for an event. The owner (man) was completely rude and cold. I have heard that they did change things that were originally stated at the time of booking the event. I think the grumpy man should retire and let someone else run this establishment that would make it a more pleasureable experience in EVERY way. People skills break a deal A LOT of the time, as it is not worth it to deal with GREEDY, COLD people. I am sure there are some beautiful places that don't have difficult people - try renting other places before going here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have listed my review also on Yahoo. There is another review on Yahoo that speaks about the owner of this establishment as well.

Poor management with even worse customer service. We waited over 30 minutes to be seen due to the owner visiting with friends, very well knowing that we were there to see and even renting the venue. The day we wanted was being held by someone else without payment. And they promised to call us within 2 days so that we could reserve that days. Never heard back. I guess our business didn't matter to them. To top it off they want you to pay and arm and a leg for everything!

BEWARE!!!!! If you would like to be treated with respect and courtesy then stay away from this place. I have never in my life dealt with a more difficult set of people. First of all this is a family run buisness and the people who are running it are jerks. Starting with the owner Willie and his wife. I have planned several sweet fifteen partys and two weddings and I have never had this many problems with a hall. They would not open the hall until 30minutes before your event was set to start. So people like the cake lady, catering and most importantly the music had to scramble to set up everything and be ready before guests were allowed to come in. Our poor DJ had to set up in an hour instead of his usual 2hrs because they would not let them in. He was still setting up while our guests were eating dinner. The owners state that if you need extra time for your vendors then you need to pay for extra hours??? How is that okay? Every other hall I have rented have made it possible for you to enter at least three hours before your event. Our decoration lady had to go set up on Thursday and had a total of 1hour and a half to set up for a party of 300 people!!! Needless to say she did not finish and was forced to go back on Saturday and finish the job. I don't want to waste another breath talking about our experience but I feel it's my duty to let other people know what they are getting into if you rent this hall. As a family we have never been spoken to with such disrespect by anyone much less someone we paid so much money to. This hall is very beautiful but that was all overshadowed by the way we were treated and all of the problems we experienced. I hope this review will help someone else. I wish I could have seen it before we made the decision to rent this space.
