I decided to order some Panera Bread for lunch. It was an easy experience for me. The website was easy to navigate but a little slow and laggy. Despite that I placed my order and chose an ASAP pickup time so that it would be prepared quickly. This worked out perfectly. I drove up to the restaurant, parked, and walked into the restaurant. As I approached the entrance I noticed some outdoor seating. The inside of the restaurant is clean and bright with several places to sit. I noticed that there was a coffee bar, a rapid pickup area, a track your order listed on a sceen, and an area with fountain drinks. I checked the rapid pickup area and my order was there. I just grabbed it and left. It was a quick and easy experience. The food was okay. I ordered a chicken noodle soup bread bowl. The soup came in a small container. The bread bowl was a good size. I liked the soup. The noodles were big and the chicken chunks were a decent size. It also had good sized cut carrots. The soup and bread combination made a filling meal. I also ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich which comes with smoked chicken, BBQ sauce, red onions, and white cheddar on a ciabatta bread. I could taste all of the ingredients. The chicken was spread out but could have had a little bit more. The BBQ sauce was flavorful. The onions were supposed to be in the sandwich but I didn't get much of them in my sandwich. The few that I could taste were good. The cheese was melted to the bread but it also felt like the sandwich could have used more cheese. So I think that the sandwich could have had more ingredients packed into it. It was flavorful despite not having as many ingredients as I would have liked. The sandwich came with kettle cooked potato chips and they were crispy. Overall the ordering and pick up process was fairly easy. The food was filling but it could have included more ingredients. It was an okay experience.

Placed an online order for the Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt on a toasted baguette. The sandwich was warm and flavorful, and the bread had a nice crunch to it. However, the filling felt a bit light -- more bread than anything else. Would've loved a bit more balance there. Pickup was smooth, though I had a hard time getting through by phone earlier. Not a huge issue this time, but something to keep in mind if you need to reach them directly. Overall, still a solid option for a quick meal. Just hoping for a bit more consistency next time around.

They brought the four cheese soufflé back! I'm not sure if this was true for all locations, but it was discontinued for a little while. Ordered delivery, and they toasted the soufflés perfectly. *chefs kiss* I don't like most of what's on the Panera menu, but I've found my thing! And I'm going to keep going back for it.

Super disappointing. The amount of food I received for my $50 was laughable. The sandwich had one little sliver of ham. The "bowl" sized soup portion filled about a coffee cup. The salad was more like a little side salad from a fast food drive through. This was so expensive for the quality, but at least if portions were reasonable, I could excuse it. Goodbye for good, Panera.

Just a quick review. I went here for a quick breakfast while I waited to get the car cleaned. The food was pretty good and the service was pretty quick. Establishment is pretty clean, and it was not overly crowded. If you find yourself in the neighborhood - its a good place to take a breather etc.

Ordered an online order of a Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt on a toasted baguette. When I received the sandwich, there was almost no chicken on the sandwich. It was mostly bread with a little bit of chipotle sauce on it. For the prices going up, it is extremely disappointing the amount of food given. After looking at other reviews, it seems this is common at this location. As much as I like and frequent Panera, I will not be returning to this location. Also, after attempting to call the restaurant multiple times, it was stated they were busy (which did not seem to be the case as the restaurant was pretty much empty when I picked up the order) and hung up each time.

Good service, good food. I like being part of the rewards club. And this location has a nice patio. But what made this visit stand out is this is the first time I'm seeing the kettle chips in this new bag. I assume they are the same chips. Calorie count is the same as the chips from Panera I'm familiar with. But I haven't eaten them yet because the sandwich filled me up. Exciting new green package, but I like panera's homey brown branding so hopefully they don't scrap it altogether.

This Panera Bread chain is situated in a nice location and open for business during COVID-19. I've had Panera several times to know what works for me - Half Roasted Turkey BLT with Half Seasonal Greens salad - delicious! Hubby had the Toasted Steak & White Cheddar sandwich with a side of Baked Potato Soup. He loved the sandwich while the soup did not impress; will skip that item going forward. Ordering online was super easy with the option to select your pickup date/time slot. Email confirmation received within a second of submitting order - placed at 1:45pm for 2pm pickup. Upon arrival, we literally waited 2mins before a server came out with our food - curbside. Super pleased with overall experience - I do recommend!
