It wasn't the worst, but we arrived after midnight and even though I called to let them know what time we would get there, when we arrived they had trouble finding our reservation and then when it was time to make the room key, he had to go to the back to get more cards because he wasn't prepared. Room was relatively clean. Bathroom is small though and door opens right in front of the toilet. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get an uber from here.

This hotel is a true two star hotel... It's old, run down, and lacks resources. With that said the staff is fantastic, and makes every effort to take care of their guests with the items at their disposal.

This place is a dump! Our room smelled damp, our bath tub wasn't cleaned, there were roaches, the ac was full of dust, carpet was filthy & our refrigerator didn't work! We ended up leaving, didn't stay one night!

I stayed for the weekend for a quick trip to Austin and it was perfect for what I needed! The check in man was very nice and made nice small talk. Someone was always present whenever I needed something. Room was clean and perfect for what I needed. It's obviously no Hilton or anything but the price was good for the area. I would stay here again for another weekend trip.

The is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I checked in and within 2 minutes of getting to my room (we arrived after 10pm), I saw roaches in the bathroom. Grabbed my bags and went back to the front desk and told him I wanted to leave. I had booked for two days, but didn't stay in the room more than two minutes. The clerk agreed to refund. The room was $71/night plus $100 deposit. The first charge was $267.64 (add taxes/fees) and when he claimed to be refunding me, charged my card again for $163.74, so a total of $431.38. He claimed he was new and was trying to refund. He called the manager Vikas Sharma on the phone and he said he'd take care of it the following morning. I dropped by the next morning (Saturday) and he assured me they'd submitted for my refund. Wednesday, my bank still had not received it. They said they showed the refund was submitted and then reversed. I called the hotel and spoke with a young lady who said she was aware of the problem and the manager would be in at 10am and she would have him call him. By 3:30pm I still had not received a call back so I called once more. A clerk who says his name was George put me on hold and came back and said the manager said he submitted the refund and I needed to keep waiting. I asked waiting on what since they had reversed the transaction. He denied they did and said all he could tell me is what the manager told him. I asked to speak with the manager and he said the manager had just left. They're just giving me the run around about $431 and my next step is to report them to the BBB AND the Bureau of Consumer Protection. I saw on other review sites that others have had similar experiences with being double charged and having a hard time getting refunded - one said it'd been six weeks and he was still trying. I'm looking to see how we can initiate a class action law suit.

This place looks nice on the inside with a retro style aesthetic. The room we stayed in was pretty clean. For the price we paid we thought it was a decent stay. My biggest complaint would be they need to hire some kind of management for the night time. The pool is supposed to close at 10 but the kid up front did nothing about telling the guests outside that the pool closed. There was music and loud chatting till 12a and people still lingered into 1am. We called twice to see if the guy up front could do anything but he never did. We didn't get a good night sleep so we canceled our 2nd night. If you don't mind this kind of stay, and don't care about your sleep or plan to be out late then stay here. Otherwise find somewhere else that is managed better.

Horrible customer service but mostly because money was withheld from our deposit because we placed a dirty towel that was left in the room into the tub with the rest of the towels and did not report it. On the day we checked in, we asked for towels for all of the family members (4 of us, and the bathroom only had enough for 3), and we asked for pool towels. We were told there were not any pool towels, and we could not get 4 bath towels because there was a "towel shortage." The next morning, when doing our pass of making sure we had everything, we found a towel under a chair that was dirty, and we placed it with the rest of the used towels in the bathtub. The property automatically withheld funds from our deposit for this. When I called back to the property, I was told that because I did not report the towel (who reports a towel?!) that they could not refund the withheld funds. And by the way, although I did not inspect the janky towel, it really only looked like it needed to be washed. We thought we were doing them a favor by finding them their towel that they didn't clean when they were having a towel shortage. I definitely want the funds that were withheld back to the card on file. And I would like corporate and people to know just how badly this property is managed.

[Red Roof Inn next door does as well(Red Roof associates have ability to waive deposit(50) if they want to).] *Ramada Deposit(50) Can be virtual card as long as the virtual card is present via phone: name MATCHING photo ID. *Very Clean *Fence is ridiculous, take it down *Downstairs public bathrooms 24/7 *bad business center (1 slow computer, but it's because of theft: FREE PAPER PRINTING) *internet does not reach all areas of hotel * right next to 247ish gas station *LBGTQ Friendly ‍ *NONSMOKING but not haters *scooter friendly *NO BREAKFAST! (But they provide utensils for your own) *CHECK OUT IS AT 11 ON THA DOT!

Stayed on a promotional 4 night getaway with Monster reservations, only made it 2 nights. We changed rooms the first night because the first room was bug infested, and the view out our window was of several people getting arrested and their cars searched at the Circle K next door. We noticed the 2nd night that the new room had bugs too, so we packed up the next morning and left to find a DECENT place to stay. I had to get cards reprogrammed twice in 2 days, the fitness room is a joke, worst towels, TP, tissues etc. I have ever had at a hotel. Wyndham should be embarrassed to put its name on that building.

This was a good hotel stay in a good location. This hotel is very clean and the hotel staff was very courteous. The location of the hotel is central to most places in Austin at a very affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel and location.
