D E L I S H! You cannot go wrong with Ramen Tatsu-Ya. It feels pretty pricey honestly but you get so much food and it tastes soooo good!! I added a butter bomb which was the perfect touch for the Mi So Not. Service is walk-up and order at the bar, with water you grab from a jug. Everyone was dressed pretty casual on a weeknight so it had a lowkey vibe for sure. So good and I cannot wait to go back!

Ramen Tatsu-ya, y'all really said "let's turn Mardi Gras into a meal" and I am HERE for it. Walked in expecting ramen. Walked out spiritually adopted by the Bayou. The Crawmen isn't just a bowl. It's a flavor parade, and every spoonful is throwing beads directly at my taste buds. First bite? Boom. Cajun fireworks. That Bayou Butter is so rich I almost asked it for financial advice. The crawfish tails were generous and juicy, like they just got back from a vacation in flavor town and brought souvenirs. And the andouille sausage? It was bold, smoky, and definitely the extrovert of the bowl. The succotash added crunch and color like it was auditioning for a summer salad. And then that lemon wheel came in like the plot twist of a feel-good sitcom. Unexpected but perfect. The tonkotsu broth was like a warm hug from a Southern grandma who also studied in Tokyo. Creamy, spicy, buttery, and comforting in a way that makes you briefly forget your student loans. I caught myself whispering "wow" after every few bites like I was discovering ramen for the first time. Add a flavor bomb if you're feeling wild. I tossed one in and things got emotional. Not gonna lie. And of course, the vibes. Cool decor, friendly staff, and slushies that feel like your inner child is giving your adult self a high five. The Crawmen is seasonal, so treat it like a Texas snowstorm. Rare, intense, and something you tell stories about later. Ten out of ten, would slurp again.

We visited Tatsuya Ramen -- overall, the food was very good. The ramen was flavorful, the broth was rich, and the ingredients were fresh. The staff was polite, and after we placed our order, the server allowed us to choose a table. However, we were quite disappointed with the policy that you can't sit down until you've placed your order. We were with a child, and standing in a long line without being able to take a seat was very uncomfortable. The space inside is also very small, and there was a large crowd. The server told us directly: "Whoever orders first gets to sit first," which made the whole experience feel rushed and stressful. It's a good spot if you're dining as a couple or solo and don't mind the fast-paced setup. But for families with kids or those looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, it may not be the most suitable option.

Walked in and was greeted with a friendly welcome from the staff. Plenty of seating. You go up to place your order and pay. The food came out so fast - probably within 5 minutes! I will say that although there was plenty of food, I wish there was more broth. The broth was pretty low in proportion to the content inside. However, I've heard that's not typical of them from my friend who was with me and has been before. The ramen was satisfying for a quick ramen craving! Would return if I'm craving ramen and am in the area.

10 out of 10!!!! Came here for a Saturday date night with the most beautiful woman in the world!!! We both had the Curry Nu Skool bowl with a side Karrage. I added a spicy bomb to mine. It was fantastic. The broth, the veggies, the tofu, all amazing. The service was awesome. We were greeted upon entry and given ordering instructions. The seating is open. You can sit inside our outside at your choosing. Definitely check them out!!

Very tasty and I love the vibe inside. a little pricey but you get two meals out of it. Miso-so-hot is 10/10 and they have a new chicken based ramen for those who don't eat pork

Ramen Tatsu-ya is one of my go-to spots for ramen in Austin every winter! The vegan curry ramen is a creamy with the perfect combination of spices and toppings of vegetables and tofu. I do miss the crispy brussel sprouts that were included by default a few years ago but are now an add-on option for extra $2. You order at the counter and service is fairly quick. The parking lot at this location is small and fills up quickly but additional street parking can be found behind the restaurant.

My new favorite ramen spot. They have a good amount of vegetarian options and the staff is super friendly. The drinks here are pretty good, but they also have a speakeasy in the back of the restaurant (definitely worth a visit).

Pro Tip: Be prepared to wait in line, but not to worry, it does move quickly. The service is certainly efficient and very kind. It's order before sitting. While there is a line for both sit-down and take-out, you have ample time to review the menu before making your order. Fun environment, targeting to younger crowds. Ramen is different, and a mix between typical and its' own style. Most options are Tonkotsu. Flavors were just, okay, in my opinion. Certainly satisfying, if you're looking for something quick and are craving Ramen.
