Rayan is a food truck with an enclosed eating area onsite (outdoor but enclosed). The food reminds me of the meals I would have at an ex-boyfriend's house as his family is Syrian and the food and flavors are quite similar. The tabbouleh is my favorite. I dislike when too much lemon is used causing it to have a strong, bitter taste. All of the flavorings are perfectly balanced. The chicken kebab is perfectly marinated allowing the meat to remain tender and juicy without being dry or overcooked. Service is always super friendly and fast.

Rayan Lebanese Cuisine is parked just off East Riverside in a small lot with a cozy little seating area. It's shaded and decorated with wisteria garlands, and there's a TV playing a chill mix of old and new music--not too loud, just enough to set a good vibe. We ordered two dinner platters--one beef, one lamb--and they were stacked. Each came with rice, salad, baba ghanoush, and hummus. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the portions were huge--I easily got a second meal out of mine. We also tried the moussaka and it was yummmaay! Lebanese food doesn't appear to be super common around Austin, so it's awesome to have a spot like this. I was really appreciative of how welcoming the staff were--they checked in with us and made us feel like we were guests in their home. Just really warm, genuine people. Great food, great people, and a chill spot to hang out for a bit

My friend introduced me to this spot a few years ago and boy is it a gem! I usually order the chicken shawarma or mixed plate and they never disappoint. The meat is always flavorful and tender. Customer service is unmatched and they are always so speedy! There's covered seating incase you want to order in person and wait or online. One of my faves!

In a city where it seems Lebanese food is very scarce, Rayan has quality schwarma, kebabs, and salads. We ordered the beef schwarma combo and the chicken schwarma plate. Both were very generous portions. The accompanying salads were flavorful and fresh. The babaganous was very tasty and accompanied by pita. The beef schwarma was flavorfully seasoned and the coating sauce was also delicious. Highly recommend for a to-go Lebanese feast.

Food truck with plenty of seating! The location is walkable from several apartment complexes. We ordered the beef kebab plate and it was around $21. The baba ghanoush was amazing, but honestly the kebab itself was dry and the flavor was just okay.

I adore Lebanese cuisine, so was super excited to try Rayan. Firstly, the portions and huge. I seriously could have made 3 meals out of one chicken shawarma plate. The flavors were bold and delicious. I especially loved the baba ghanoush and the shawarma chicken easily fell apart and was very tender. We tried this via Uber Eats, so not sure what it's like in person, but we will definitely get it again!

I saw this food truck across from my apartment and had it on my radar for a long time. I had just celebrated the apostles feast and it was time to eat some meat! As I arrived to the food truck the gentleman working (who turned out to be the owner) informed me that he had just cleaned and turned off the grill . It was 10:45 and they closed at 11:00. I offered to come another night but he insisted I stay and just warned it would take a few extra minutes. I am glad I stayed! The chicken shish tawouk was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy, fries and pickles were crispy and the pita wrap was grilled just the way I like it. There's a shaded sit down area but I chose to take it home. I plan to go back and try other menu items.

I ordered off uber eats yesterday from here and I'm still eating and thinking about how amazing this place is! You get so much food and it tastes phenomenal. I highly recommend the chicken kebab wrap, I was blown away by all the delicious flavors as well as the perfect crunch. I picked this order up and the owner was so sweet and friendly! I will be recommending this place to everyone now

Parking is just a single street or the grass parking beside it that I couldn't figure out how to get to. There are a few tables as well as a covering. Food came out very quickly. Like within 5 minutes quick. There's a guy who might come and tell you some jokes. Just a warning bc he was there when I was there. I was indifferent but others should be aware. I did grab this to go do I have no pics of my food but it was a beef shawarma. The first bite was everything I thought it would be. The tang of pickles and the flavorful beef was perfect. Even moreso once I added the red sauce. Throughout the wrap it wasn't consistently this way. Still good overall. I wouldn't go out of my way for it but I wouldn't complain about having it either.
