Sketchiest place I have ever seen in my life. Stay away for your own safety . My mom and I had reservations here a while back and actually ended up cancelling them after we got there when we realized the parking spot next to the one we were parked in had glass all over the floor (someone's car had been broken into). The room smelled like smoke. The area was so sketchy that I forced my mom to go elsewhere with me.

This place is literally like a nightmare as you can tell from the pictures. My visit was during the pandemic in the beginning of 2020 before the lockdowns. I booked a 3-night stay at Red Roof Inn. When I first got there I noticed the area was a little "rough." I don't have the "highest" standards when it comes to motels. I like a bargain but this place made me rethink that philosophy. I actually ended up checking out a day early. I went and booked a hotel closer to the airport that was way nicer. I had to get the h*ll out of here! First of all, I was on a higher floor and there's only 1 elevator which is not easily accessible to all the rooms. After climbing several flights of stairs, when I walked into my room I noticed it smelled musty. Once I settled in and took off my shoes my socks were wet. I soon realized it was the carpet that was wet and remained wet for the entire time I was there...I don't know why it was wet in one section of the room...I swear a bedsheet had a blood stain on it (approximately 1 inch in diameter). I ended up sleeping with the bed made and my shoes on. The shower was gross and falling apart. There was a shower curtain but no liner so when anyone showers the curtain gets wet. I was gone most of the day but when I arrived at night I noticed that there were what appeared to be "ladies of the night" (if you catch my drift) passing me in the hallway. I heard a lot of shouting nearby from other patrons and I made sure my door was locked. In the morning on my way back out a lot of cars in the parking lot had the air either let out of their tires or the tires had been slashed - I didn't stick around to find out! Luckily nothing was done to my car. This was the last straw. After 2 nights there I decided to check out early. I honestly kind of feared for my safety and my health at that point. Fortunately I checked out early enough that I received a refund for the last day. The staff was nice but that's about it.

This is how my freshly clean room was given to me, and when I told the front desk, she told me to call for travelocity for a refund and to have a nice day. Did I mention, this place was crawling with cops? What a fantastic company you guys have. What a joke. I don't feel safe. I am having to book another hotel and then wait for this refund. Not okay.

Nasty asf!!! It looked decent until we woke up in the middle of the night itching due to bed bugs ! And nasty cockroaches all over the place. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION! I feel like my clothes has been infested. Please don't stay at this dirty hotel.

You pay what you get, learned lesson. It was easy to book, and did not pay till I checked in. Staff is just ok, the young lady that was there when we arrived was nice and attentive, the one that was there when we left was rude and did not even bother to look at me, after giving her my room card/key I asked her if I had to sign anything or something, she just moved her had "no". The room and bathroom were dirty. There was dust everywhere including the bed, few roaches. I asked for a free smoking room and I still could smell it specially the bed. The bathtub was all yellow and toilet too with some black around it. I booked the room about two days before, and the room was still all dirty. The towels provided were full of dust, like they haven't used the room in a while, and did not even bother to check it before our arrival. For less than $100 more I could booked somewhere else, which I will for the future. This is good if you are looking for something cheap, but be prepared for the consequences.

Everything is gross! They don't even deserve 1 star.....When we called the only thing they was able to offer is extra sheets I'm sure those are disgusting as well. It's clear that they have people living here permanently we seen an older lady and her dog under us and their room was disgusting as well. I never seen a more disgusting room in my life! This was suppose to be a great birthday trip to Austin but not I guess that's not possible.

I wish I could give no stars. The tv is half out with a big bar through it. The door to my room didn't even open i had to go back to the lobby only to be told to lift up hard ot sticks. The hotel is gross and unclean. On top of everything you cant even get in without damage to your car the entrance is all bumpy and huge potholes. I will never go to another red in as long as I live.

This was the most pathetic recent experiences in a hotel. Starting from the ambience of the office to the cleanliness of the area. We had to check out within 10 mins of checking in . We opened the door and found the room was infested with cockroaches . We got a smokers room with two kids. This place should be federally inspected and shut down.

COCKROACHES NEXT TO MY PILLOW!!! Worst Place. I'm 20 years old and have been traveling EVERYWHERE on my own. Every hotel/motel I've reserved and PAYED FOR would gladly take me in and accept my reservation with no hesitation. BUT this hotel has a dumb policy where you have to be 21 and up for reservations/to stay in a room. NOTE that I've stayed here once before, made a reservation and everything, and the lady at the front desk didn't tell me about this "21 and up only can reserve a room policy". After a long drive last night i came into the lobby, checked in with this rude man with glasses (he's in his early 20s) and all he told me is "You can't rent a room you have to be 21 and up to reserve a room." He said it with an ugly attitude and he did not explain anything. I asked "since when has this been a policy? I've stayed here before and no one has said anything about this." All he said was "this has been a policy." So, it's cold outside. It's late. I'm tired. Frustrated. Payed $90 for my room and I'm short on cash. And this man just cuts me off tells me I can't stay here with no explanation on how I can get my money back. He said "we don't have your money. call the app you made your reservation from." And that's it. I was sooo freaken angry. I stood there and waited to talk to another employee about what I can do. I was super desperate. I called my fiancé and asked him if he can come and help (since he's older than 21). 30 min later we got the problem solved. Turns out the lady just put the room under his name but my card was on file. It all did not make sense to me. We got to stay in the room, I was frustrated. 16-20 minutes later. I see something crawling right next to my pillow. Of course I freaked and jumped (hate bugs). I move the bed a little back , away from the wall and we find 2 more little cockroaches. This is disgusting. I'm not the only customer that has witnessed this type of crap. Someone needs to shut this place down.

This place really deserves NO STARS!! My husband tried surprising me with a little getaway, needless to say this room was the worst part of the trip. Upon arrival our room was filthy, the restroom recked of urine!! The sheets were deplorable!!! when we went to the front desk they refused to give us another room or refund. I ended up having to completely clean our room. Oh, did I mention the ROACHES and more ROACHES and GNATS!! Then at check out they had the nerve to rush us out!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Behavin Patel ( general manager) you should be ashamed!!
