The most unique and amazing pizza I've ever had. The crust is Italian based dough but with Indian spices infused into it. I do 1/2 Punjabi and 1/2 Butter chicken. You let them know spice level you'd like and you can add fresh cilantro and onion on top The sauces were both unique and delicious. Everything was fresh and piping hot. Mitchell who is the chef was very friendly and professional and guided us through the entire ordering process. This truck sits at Hi Sign brewing. I ordered a Paloma and Ginger Beer from them and those were delightful too. Stop by to be impressed.
