Had a wild time at Saturn on a Wednesday of all days! I've been meaning to try this place out for quite some time and learned they've been doing $1 wings on Wednesday night. After a comedy show at Sunset Strip I told my buddy we were gonna get wings and a drink and we were NOT disappointed. The bar wasn't packed but the people that were there had apparently been there since happy hour. The bartender, Chase, was super cool and tried to protect us from one of the drunker members of the party. Ended up chilling outside with him once it was just us. Super cool guy and Chase will definitely be the reason my friend and I will return!

I took his face, his voice, his laugh, stitched onto me like a curse. My own wife looked into my eyes and saw HIM. My daughter hugged the man who killed her brother. And me? I was trapped. Screaming. Drowning in skin that wasn't mine. And Castor -- oh, he loved it. My badge, my home, my FAMILY. He slipped into my life like it had always been his. Smirking at my wife over breakfast, calling my daughter "champ" while loading his gun. He danced in my clothes, wore my wedding ring, lived as me while I rotted in a prison built like a spinning iron nightmare, boots magnetized to the floor. Then came the chaos. Explosions ripping across LA. Gunfights in a church, candles crashing, white doves rising in SLOW MOTION as we emptied magazines into each other's shadows. Face to face, but whose face? Mirror against mirror, me firing at him, him firing at me, our reflections collapsing into glass and blood. And when it was finally over -- when the surgery was done, when my face, MY face, was finally mine again -- I found Saturn Bar. Neon dripping down the walls like molten fire, a whiskey glass in my hand heavy as a pistol. My hands still shook, my skin still itched, but for once no one cared if I was Archer or Troy or the devil himself. The bartender poured, no questions asked. Saturn didn't care whose face I wore. I laughed. I cried. Maybe both. Maybe neither. Maybe all of it. And for one impossible night, Saturn Bar told me the truth: I was alive. FIVE STARS

Very cool cocktail bar! Can't wait to go back at night time especially after following them on Instagram since visiting. We stumbled upon this place for happy hour downtown and had the whole place to ourselves. Margaritas were only $8 I think. I loved that their menu was on cd covers. Each drink was a different song title. Very cute branding! The space is big and the air conditioning was blasting. They have comedy, karaoke, and other activities throughout the week. Very nice bartender and the other people there seemed like regulars. We will go back! Street parking right out front on Congress!

Saturn is a cute, eclectic cocktail bar that actually delivers on craft cocktails--hallelujah! It's low-key and not many people know about this place, but that only adds to the allure of this place. Drinks run around the standard Austin pricing (about $18), but they're worth every sip. I came here for the Bacardi Coquito competition some time ago and I loved that they found a way to empower other local bars that also care about the craft. It's easy to miss from the outside, but once you're in, you'll be glad you found it.

Came here for drinks with some friends and we had a great time!!! I got the lullaby and it was so fresh and delicious!!! The bartenders and really nice and friendly too. I liked the decor on the inside and the menus were really cool too!! The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but overall really liked it!!

Awesome cocktail bar in downtown Austin. Chill vibes, great drinks and friendly bartenders. We came on wu tang Wednesday's. Guest dj was bringing the energy. The bar is also a couple blocks away from 6th st madness which a good thing in my opinion.

If you're looking for a super vibey, gorgeous bar with good music, great drinks, and AMAZING lighting, this is it! Saturn opened recently just south of the Capitol building. If you're having trouble finding it, it has a pastel orange exterior with a neon pink "cocktails" sign in the window. The bartender here was super friendly and efficient. I tried the Bikini Martini, Frozen Pina Colada, and Espresso Martini, and everything was delicious and well balanced. My friend also got the Mom & Dad Time, which was a guava version of a pornstar martini (amazing!). I definitely want to try more drinks from the Saturn Bangers part of the menu and the Large Format Saturn (when I have more than 2 friends with me of course)! I love that this place didn't have the music so loud that I couldn't hear my friends, and that they have plenty of seating options for when they're busier! This might be my new favorite bar in Austin!

Saturn is such an adorable bar! I heard it was a new bar that opened downtown, so I went with my husband and friend to check it out. We arrived around 7 p.m, and the bar was very chill. There weren't many people inside. By the time we left at 8 p.m, more groups started to trickle in. The decor here has such a fun vintage vibe to it. Their bathrooms are even decked out to stick with their 70-90s vibe. I tried their frozen pina colada, and it was so nice! It wasn't too sweet, so it was nice it wasn't so overwhelming. It has a strong coconut taste. The espresso martini was delicious, and it was definitely my group's favorite drink out of everything we individually tried. I recommend coming here for the fun vibes with your group when you hit downtown for a night out!

Such a fun and unique bar with amazing decor. The drinks were amazing with fresh ingredients made in house. The owner of the bar was friendly and made me feel welcomed. A great spot for drinks and quick walk to the capital afterwards. If you're visiting Austin, come try this place out.

Waaaaay too many spots in Austin that try their best to be cool but they're not. Saturn is the cooliest, lil spot in Austin. The owner/bartender has clearly spent awhile religiously (no pun intended for those HG fans) crafting some of the best cocktails in Austin. The grooviest beats ALWAYS, the vibes = immaculate. If you're not at Saturn, you might need a vibe check.
