Lovely experience for our intimate wedding. Chairs were set up when we arrived and the staff member helped my family while I was getting ready. If I had to do it all again I would still pick this venue. Was amazing going around and taking pictures. I wanted a laid back intimate wedding and this venue contributed greatly to that. 10/10!

Such a spectacular place! We got married here and the entire property is gorgeous. It's such an easy DIY elopement or micro wedding venue. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! The only thing is that there's only one bathroom we found and it is inside of the bridal suite. So make sure all of the guys go to the bathroom before you arrive! It will obviously be open to everyone after the ceremony, but for the beginning, we didn't want any of the guys seeing me

Do not use this venue. I was incredibly excited to have my intimate wedding ceremony here but as soon as I arrived to the venue, nothing was set up as promised, the coordinator was missing and no one was there to help nor would the owner answer their phone. I had to panic set up our chairs MINUTES before walking down the aisle. My family had to clean up the venue after etc. And I was told a refund was coming yet am now being ghosted by the owner. Complete lack of respect and communication. I'd choose elsewhere if you want a seamless event. Especially something as important as your wedding day.

Paid for a 1hr a month ago and got here found there was two other groups here one group said they paid for 3hrs (they already been there for an hour) and another group was there for 2hr which was lap on my hour no management nobody was there or call was annoying to walk around the other groups

The Sekrit Theater is mesmerizing. You can walk around multiple times and notice new trinkets. There's so many spots to do photo shoots, that it's incredible. With 2.5 acres attached to this beautiful property, there's plenty of space for large groups. In the center of the acreage, is a huge gazebo that can easily fit 30 people. There's surround sound and the biggest projection screen I've ever seen in my life. At night, the owner turns on hundreds of colored lights, in which it transforms into a different place. Sekrit is truly a hidden gem in Austin.

Just did our engagement photos this morning. Their booking system was super easy to book a slot. We arrived and parked right in front. We had the property to ourselves the whole time. You arrive and just go straight to taking photos. We thought we would need to check in but A man passed by us(assuming he was a groundsman) and said we were good to just do our own thing. The grounds are huge! We spent a lot of time in the greenhouse. There is a tiny house with a bathroom and seating area if you need to do an outfit change. Right as our hour was up the next group was already taking photos in the front of the property. The photos came out amazing. We weren't sure what time to do our photos and took a chance at 9am. The lighting was perfect and it wasn't too hot yet. It started to rain a little but the grounds have some many trees it did not hinder our ability to get some great photos.

So, when they say no refunds they mean no refunds. Not during a pandemic, nothing. So seriously they don't even respond to any attempts to contact them. I emailed them several times while I tried to find out details and later, when I had to cancel my wedding due to covid. I've never gotten a response back.

I'm absolutely obsessed with this place! It's an enchanting place with so many areas to get the perfect picture! I can't recommend this place enough for pictures, not sure if you can host an event there but I would absolutely consider it!

If I could I would put no stars. Living in Austin and having such limited places to go this place was one of very few picked by my managers to take very quick pictures on Monday Morning. The man who is in charge wasn't friendly and aggressive agreed to let us take quick pictures. I went to change and he came back after 10min. And was so patronizing, rude, sarcastic. I told him it's ok we will find another place he was still being rude and aggressive. I told him no need for being rude. He was still being aggressive. I have to say we were lucky we had my managers husband with us that this man backed off. I don't know how he would react or do if we were alone. I don't advise going to this place

I booked this venue to propose to my (now) fiancee and was very nervous (even more so because I don't have an artistic bone in my body). Not only is the venue amazing with a myriad of beautiful photo opportunities but Cynthia & Beau we're extremely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a spot to propose and get photos of the magic moment then I highly recommend Sekrit Theatre (particularly the green house).
