I purchased our kit at Mueller Farmer's Market. There were more options, but we stuck with the Panang Curry to test it out. I spoke to someone who was friendly and gave detailed description of what to expect. She also gave us 2 peppers for spice level! Kits do not come with the meat. Overall, very easy and simple instructions, turned out great!

Haven't seen them back at the Farmer's Market for a few weeks so made the trek to their main spot on So 1st. Guess you need to order ahead of time. The guy literally could not put one complete meal kit together. Bummer. It's the kit that really makes this appealing. Picked up some curry sauces and will venture to Central Market for the rest of the supplies. I'm not giving up and will give SimpliThai another chance, but probably only if they're at the Farmer's Market.

I found SimpliThai at the farmers' market downtown on a Saturday. Hubby and I love Thai food, and now we have it once a week, hot from my stove. AND I was skeptical about a pre-package dinner. Oh man this is just right. I come home put the package in the fridge. And it's excellent.

I go to the Mueller farmers market every Sunday & this is the one thing I get every. single. weekend. You can't go wrong with any of them but the pad thai & khao soi are my favorite!!!

I tried the Joek Moo with an egg for breakfast, and it was so good! Hearty and filled with fresh toppings. We went on Fathers Day, so they gave us a lemongrass cold tea as well, and it was delicious too, like healthy liquid candy. Can't wait to go again to get the same and try the Kao Tohm Gai!

I have been buying SimpliThai kits at the Lakeline Mall Farmer's Market. Wowee, are they ever yummy!! Tonight we had Kao Soi Noodle Curry. My husband was blown away, it was so good! The kits are super - everything you need except the protein or tofu. Last week we had Shrimp Pad Thai. Another winner. Thank you for fantastic, easy meals. Emphasis on fantastic!!!
