Please don't buy here anymore. Bad service, bad food, bad all. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME in this location. The hot dog was hard, like a stone, burned inside, the sausage looked old and stale. The person who served me gave me some open and empty packets of mayonnaise and ketchup, it's very disgusting. They are definitely not clean at all when serving food to customers, do not go to this location if you do not want to get sick. WORKERS do not have the professionalism to serve, they overlook the quality of SONIC products

Customer service needs a little bit improvements as in listening to the person's order and repeat in the back and getting it right would be great the first time but instead they wanna argue over the menu items that you clearly can see and read and still don't mess up the order to the point where I had to call the ticket back after I left the facility and try to fix it, I tried to fix the order in person through the drive-through but arguing hey it's no need

Every time we go it's a long wait or wrong order Wasted money on the remodel. Fire everyone and get a whole new team. Seriously. We waited 20+min on 4 drinks and 4 corndogs and when we pushed the button to cancel our order the person in the speaker only replied with it'll be out shortly. No apologies or nothing. We asked to cancel ouorder and she said ok. Nothing else. We tried to call and make sure our card wouldn't be charged and of course NO ONE answers the phone. Why would I ever decide to come back?! Same service. Smh... this is ridiculous!!!!

Keep it simple when you order from here and prepare to wait an hour for your food. They never have their specials and don't know how to ring them up. If you specify that you want a burger with just meat bacon and ketchup, you HAVE to say no cheese otherwise you'll get cheese then when you ring back they give you attitude and cut you off. The "wings" were so small and half cold and half warm. Decided to give them another shot for breakfast, my toast sticks were burnt, the burrito was so salty and my Dr. Pepper was a coke. I just took my loss and choose to not return here

This place is close to my house so I keep coming back hoping it will get better... better management? Better support from regional mgmt? Who knows.... Help is needed though. Trying to grab something quick would be great if they weren't constantly out of items like cheese sticks or sauces or their ice cream machines weren't down almost 1 out of 3 visits. There's always something happening, not just random flukes. Once a server told me that they only order items AFTER they run out. What sense does that make? The only reason this place keeps business is because it's fast food and ppl are lazy and hope it will get better the NeXT time they come through... seems like that won't ever be the case. I just tried to get chicken strips with honey mustard., cheese sticks and a shake. Machine is down, out of cheese sticks. I did get the chicken strips BUT NO HONEY MUSTARD PUT IN THE BAG. You would think when they can't even give someone most of what they want, they could care just a little to have given the right condiments. So disappointing. It's not that hard to care.

This place gets a 4 because they acted just like a sonic should but there is a hilarious man that stands outside of this sonic every day and dances. Sometimes the man sings, and sometimes he tries breakdancing. Its the funniest thing because yesterday actually the man jumped up onto two milk crates and just eat it hardcore, straight to the ground. I dont know why he does what he does because he actually does not go to the cars to actually ask for money. Maybe he has some type of system with the other beggers on the intersection here or something, but it is always fun to watch something that he is doing out there...

Worse sonic ever!!!! Every time I come here and I press the button I wait and a car will pull up and a person will walk up and both push the button and they will get service first!! The staff is rude and unprofessional

Zero stars wasn't an option but that's what I'd give this place , a bunch of teenagers going in and out to a car to smoke wearing crop tops and shorts as employees, took 15 minutes to take our order and 20-30 to get our food and the food was wrong , lettuce and tomato in breakfast toaster and no chicken in my sandwich , I was given a slider when I ordered the chicken toaster club, cold fries and a horrible place don't eat here.

I went through the new drive thru they have (thinking it would be a bit faster) I waited 15 minutes for a burnt chicken tender meal, Watery gravy and a. Strawberry rasberry frozen lemonade that was flavored wrong. I didnt bother to check my meal just bc i had to be to work. Being pregnant the last thing you want is your food to be messed up. I tried to call and make a complaint.... And no one even answered the phones.. 2 seperate occasions and days and still nothing. I totally get the fast food industry and know how rushes can be. But i expected wayyy more. Considering i never have a problem at this sonic... Yall have disappointed me and the buns in the oven
