This is no longer in my normal stomping grounds, but I was in the area and stopped by. My order thru the app was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and was correct. The area was still chill, since this location is basically a neighborhood Sonic.

We came at night when it was raining, and just as we pulled in, an employee ran out in front of our truck without looking and we almost hit him by accident!! He didn't turn around and say sorry or anything. We were inches away. Then, he serves us, his name is Marcellus and he's got bad body odor! That's unsanitary. Then, his customer service was bad too, no greeting, not friendly, ran away after he gave us our food. And he was the same guy who ran in front of our truck. Then, my shake is practically melted and has a crack in the bottom and is leaking. Sonic sucks.

It was not rush hour, there were not a lot of customers. It still took us 20 min to get served only for them to claim my credit card hadn't passed through so they take my credit card inside, then come back for my receipt - another 10 minutes - and finally give us our food. Or so we thought. We drive home wondering how icy cold all the food is. But we will never know: they had forgotten half the order. So when we got home I called about this. They told me we could come back to get it. I told them they could credit my credit card. Unbelievable. This Sonic gets worse and worse.

Food was okay. ITS THE SERVICE, THATS THE PROBLEM! I came here Tuesday afternoon. Pressed the red button, then this young boy shouts, " What do you want!?!". My kids and I looked at one another in disbelief and clutching our invisible pearls! What do you mean, "What do I want?!!"? In shock and at the same time trying to keep my composure, I said, "May I get a number 1, without pickles". Then this child says, " Without WHAT!??!" in the most rude and most obnoxious way possible! I then said, " without P-I-C-K-L-E-S..". This child then proceeded to say, " Damn lady, you don't need to yell!!". No one yelled!?! I was in disbelief the whole time! The manager, maybe shift manager, came out and asked what was the problem? I then let her know about our incident. She was super nice and understanding. My son asked her why was he so rude, though? Because he shouted out, "what do you want?". She then said she didn't know why because they have to read out a set script when answering, but she thinks he might be overwhelmed... but she was going to talk to him. She proceeded to take down our orders. She also brought out our order and apologized, and stating that this isn't the first time he treats people like this... It don't make sense though. Why keep him around knowing he does this regularly? Isn't that hurting the business keeping someone like that around? ‍ People beware of this child. Wouldn't be able to tell y'all his name so y'all could be aware. It's a nice location... but idk.... This child is going to cause this place to lose a lot of customers.

Big fan of Sonic, not a big fan of the male taking orders at 345pm. No customer service skills, seemed annoyed with me placing an order and once I placed the order all he said was "is that it?" No friendly greeting or ending to my interaction with him. He should not be taking orders. Now the make who brought out my order was stellar but your in house staff made this a bad visit.

I especially love the Jollyville location. The customer service is always exceptional. I do love the ambience of an old fashion, drive-in diner experience. Bam! Can we get more of you employees to wear rollerskates please? The music is great and I love the food. Oh! The toys are for adults and children. I am very impressed with the toy I got. Check it out. I am so sick and tired of going into these bats food restaurants here in Texas their food smells horrible, especially in hamburger places like this Sonic. I wanted to try the Smash Cheeseburger, but once agai I could not even eat the food today it was literally making me sick! I was trying not to smell it and I had to pull over stop my car and through it out! what are you all cleaning with in these place? The food smells sickening! Are you NOT cleaning your restaurant, your kitchens, RINSING your vegetables? What the hell is this about? I have lived in 15 different states and in this place AUSTIN the food smells horrible in most of fast food restaurants just about everywhere I go pathetically sickening!

Never had any real trouble with this location. Orders are usually accurate and are ready pretty quickly, they take care of any issues. Tried the new smash burger, pretty good. We always enjoy the happy hours discounts!

This is not a "large frito chili pie" with the Fritos on the side. When my food first arrived, they brought it out in the kind of container a hot dog would be served in and the chili proceeded to drain all over my hands. Why was this not in a bowl or cup??! I asked for them to put it in something else and the second picture shows exactly how much food I had for dinner that night. This is unacceptable and I can't believe anyone would think this is a meal. I'm disgusted. I asked for Fritos on the side so they wouldn't be soggy. Instead my bag was soggy the first time and the second attempt was with more cheese than chili (literally less than 1/4 cup of chili)
